The check in went smoothly, although first room had a strong odor the manager was very accommodating and moved us to another room that was fine. Breakfast in the morning had plenty of variety.

This property needed a lot of TLC. There was very little breakfast left over the next morning at 8am. The internet did not work. The area around the property (landscaping) needed to be refreshed. There were some stains on the shower curtain. The rating on the Expedia website was not very accurate.

The room was clean and the bed was beer comfortable. The staff were friendly and their customer service was excellent. The hallways and stairs weren’t as clean as they should be and carpets in those areas is quite worn. The price was excellent.

The reason I did not give an excellent review is because your internet was not working. We did not have internet access our entire stay, after contacting the desk they put one of our devices on the staff link as I didn’t have any data and would not have been able to use my device.

!st & last stay at a Baymont

We booked the hotel because website states there is a laundry - but they do not have laundry facilities. Receptionist said they have not had one & that person worked there for years. Room had dark blue ceiling & very dim lighting, so room was very dark. No light near entry door. Bathroom ceiling had dark circles so that is probably why room ceiling had been painted dark blue. Tub was dirty & handle felt gross - so I did not even want to touch it. Spouse cleaned microwave oven. When I told manager, reply was need to do a more extensive cleaning. When checking out, we had to maneuver around huge piles of sheets, towels etc on carpet waiting to be cleaned. Best thing was the breakfast.

The property was clean, convenient and quiet, but generally needs updating. For example the shower was clean but permanently yellowed. Also the breakfast area is the hotel lobby and so a high traffic area. Was not appetizing to me. It also had the smallest TV I have ever seen in a hotel. Staff was polite and professional.

For the most part it was quiet. The parking lot needs more than one way in. An suv blocked the entrance for about 10 minutes while three people were trying to leave.

We had to change rooms because sheets were dirty (poop stained) we called ahead to find out if hottub was operational, they said yes, it was not. Couldn’t get on Internet. Treadmill didn’t work in fitness room. Will not book with Baymont again . Breakfast was actually decent! Staff tried to work through each issue
