Great location if your are wanting to be close to Last Chance Gulch. (Just a note about the second bathroom, it is a bit small, you may need to back in if your want to walk out). Overall the setup, space and location make it a great option.

We loved our stay! Parking was convenient and the kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were all very comfortable. We visited during a hot spell so we really appreciated the air conditioning. We loved the location and walking to grab a coffee in the morning. The unit was very clean as well.

Enjoyed the convience of being close to downtown and all the ammities. Within walking distance of brewery, wine tasting, coffee shops, shopping and more. Last Chance Gulch is a fun place to visit, full of history.

Great property. Worked well for family with a baby. Had some issue with Evolve in getting the dates modified but finally called and got it solved. Local contact was very responsive. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances and utensils for making meals and cooking. Great bedding and towels. Very comfortable stay.
