Chapelhill is nestled on the shores of the Gareloch, conveniently located for Loch Lomonondside and the National Park. The Lomond Shores Gateway, the Trossachs and the Arrochar Alps are all within easy driving distance. Helensburgh is within close proximity, a town which offers a wide range of award winning eateries as well as home to Hill House, renowned as the finest domestic masterpiece of internationally famous architect, Charles Rennie Mackintosh.

Recently built to the highest specifications, Chapelhill boasts spectacular views of the Gareloch. The house can comfortably accommodate eight people. Of the four bedrooms, three have ensuite facilities with king size beds, one is a twin, and all have 32' smart tvs with additional access to Sky tv. Fibre broadband provides an instant connection to the internet with wifi available throughout.

On the ground level, the house flows seamlessly between the kitchen, dining and living areas all equipped and furnished to the very highest standard. French doors from both the living and dining areas provide access to the extensive patio, ideal for barbecues or simply just chilling out in the hot tub. Two bedrooms lie to the rear of the property. The upper level boasts two bedrooms, a study area and a separate office space.

Furthermore, guests will have access to the adjacent boathouse and can partake in table tennis, pool, darts and table football. The boat house also has an untethered electric car charging point.

Chapelhill truly provides something for everyone, a truly versatile property offering luxury class accommodation for friends and family alike.

Little bit of paradise

We stayed at Chapelhill for the weekend and it was stunning. Nothing was too much hassle for Liam and all the added extras were amazing. The only negative I had was is that I only booked 2 nights, so next time will definitely book longer. Would highly recommend!!

Birthday celebration

We stayed at Chapelhill to celebrate our grandson’s 18th birthday. The house is absolutely stunning. Liam provides a fantastic welcome pack and also had bought a balloon and cake which was so thoughtful. Everything you can imagine you will need is in the kitchen, the space for a multi generational break is perfect with the Boathouse providing additional games and the hot tub is the cherry on top. We had an amazing time and would definitely recommend.

Great place to stay

Cannot fault Chapelhill, the location is great, the property and internal finishing is fabulous, and the owner is super helpful. This place has everything you would want or need, either as a base for exploring, (lots to see and do) or as a sit in and relax and catch up with family and friends. Worth every penny and more, cant wait to go back.

An amazing stay

The house had everything and then some. The host was friendly and helpful. The house was big enough that we could find quiet but not to big we couldn't meet. The accommodation and facilities were very good. The views were lovely and the games room was everything we could want. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Favourite choice

We were delighted to visit Chapelhill again, is always our first choice when travelling to the area and never fails to deliver. Is a beautiful property which is impeccably clean and well presented. With great facilities, fantastic garden and hot tub, is the perfect place to relax and unwind. Family weekend

This is the third time we have been to Chapelhill Lodge as a family (party of 8) and its perfect for us as there is so much space and also the Boathouse is great for spending time. First time we had our little one with us and there was very kindly a gift for her on arrival which was a lovely touch. Can't wait to go back again next year!

I booked Chapelhill for a weekend away for my fiancés 30th with our family and the house exceeded our expectations. We were amazed at how much the owner had went above and beyond for us by providing a selection of food, drinks etc. The house had everything you needed for a weekend away and it is in a stunning location, the hot tub and games room are also a great addition. Value for money was brilliant and I would highly recommend to anyone and we will definitely be back.

Wedding

On arrival the first thing you notice is the view. This property could not be more beautifully positioned and the hot tub makes the most of it. Liam was on hand to answer any questions we had. The welcome pack goes above and beyond. We had a lovely few days with a family wedding thrown in. A wonderful place to gather as a family or with friends and the games room is a superb bonus for when you need a little diversion.

Awsome property

One of my best friend visited me from Singapore with his family . We stayed for four nights in the cottage . Excellent owner with very good customer service There was all important things provided which u will need. We arrived lte in the night due to traffic jam and didn’t had any problem as found the stuff we need The property was seven star with perfect location The weather played the spoil sport but the property was so good that we had a gala time during these four days and my friends went back very happy Highly recommend to book this cottage Excellent location with excellent host

LOVELY and LUXURIOUS location and incredible hospitality!

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at Chapelhill in July 2018 - it was spectacular. It is nicer than the photographs show - and there was no limit to the amenities - there really was everything we could've needed. The beds were quite comfortable and clean, the decor really gorgeous, and the TV set ups in all the rooms were incredible. I traveled with my 3 year old and there was no lack of children programming to entertain him while he adjusted to his jet lag. Liam was an incredible host and responded immediately when I had a question. I can't wait to come back!!! OH - and the views of the Loch were stunning! So beautiful!

Fabulous Stay!

We stayed in Chapelhill for 4 nights and can honestly say it’s the best house we’ve ever stayed in. The house is beautiful inside and out, I can’t recommend it enough. We met the owner who couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating. We all enjoyed the hot tub and the games room was also a great addition. The views were amazing as it sits high up on the hill. The house is very well equipped unlike other houses we’ve been too, the majority of things we brought we didn’t even need. We were provided with a welcome pack which was above and beyond what was expected. If you are looking for a great stay with family and friends Chapelhill has everything you need. We’ll definitely be back at some point, thanks so much for having us!

Costa del Rhu - Chapelhill has everything you need

A fantastic stay, location is superb and the home is stunning. Has everything you could need and Liam was great throughout, answering any questions we had. The location is fantastic, we went a walk to the nearbye down of Helensburgh at the water front. The views from the house are spectacular, so breathtaking. Good communication from the owner and company we good with throughout. The house itself is superb. Has everything you could need. So many rooms and nice and clean. There was 7 of us staying and there was plenty of room for all. Kitchen and living rooms are all fully equipped. Hot tub was a 10/10, could not recommend this more. While we didn’t use it much (due to the hot weather) the games room was also stacked with lots of options for gaming. 100% would recommend staying here, it’s at a good price point given all the facilities available in the house and I would for sure come back again. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay

Such a special place

This is the third time I have stayed at Chapelhill with a group of friends and family, and it will not be the last. The host Liam really goes out of his way to make you feel welcome and will happily sort out any issues at the drop of a text or call. The house is a perfect size for 8 people and is well equipped with absolutely everything you could need. Every time we return he has added some new features..since last year he has added a fully equipped gym on the ground floor of the boathouse as well as wireless phone chargers beside all the beds, and he has even decorated the washing machine to look like a VW campervan. The bedrooms are all a good size, with large walk-in wardrobes (big enough to put a cot in), super comfy beds and 3 of them are en-suite. There's a games room on the top floor with the latest PlayStation and VR headset as well in addition to the games room on the upper floor of the boathouse (with pool table, table tennis, darts, pinball wtc). Our favourite part is the hot tub, and Liam has provided separate towels for this as well as plenty of plastic glasses to use, while admiring the lovely view. When we arrive, Liam always has the place smelling like a spa, and leaves a fabulous welcome pack as well as chocolates on the pillows! This is such a special place to spend some quality time with friends and family and we cannot wait to go back.

Brilliant Christmas break

We booked for a week over the Christmas period. The house was dressed for the occasion which delighted our 5yr old. The house was even better than we expected. The house was perfect for our family with great sized public rooms. We had everything we could possibly need . They were extremely generous with the food basket they left we were very grateful. We all had tv in our bedroom should we need a bit of space and the quality of the furnishings was excellent. The only issue we had ws the pots and pans weren't up to the standard of all the other items . As a family we cook alot so used them constantly but that was a very small issue. The games room over in the garage was well used by the males in the family. We lived it so much we have booked again for next Christmas. We recommend it to family friends who have booked for new year 2024. Thank you to the owner for Brodies wonderful gift.

Geweldig huis om Schotland te ontdekken.

We hebben dit huis geboekt omdat het niet te ver van Glasgow airport ligt en op de route naar de lochs en hooglanden. Het huis is zeer goed ingericht, zelfs al boodschappen in de koelkast bij aankomst. 4 zeer nette slaapkamers, 3 met eigen badkamer en nog 1 losse badkamer. Zeer uitgebreide spellenkamer en het naastliggende boothuis bevat de pooltafel, tafeltennistafel, darts, pinball machine en muziekinstallatie. Voor de 4 volwassen kinderen die erbij waren een geweldige plek. De Jacuzi werd vaak gereinigd tussendoor. Omdat wij 2 weken bleven, kregen we nog schoon linnen voor bad en bed tussendoor. Huisbaas Liam was altijd paraat voor vragen en oplossingen en zeer vriendelijk. Wij hebben ontzettend genoten! Enorme aanrader, dit huis en de omgeving.

Amazing house Chapelhill

Chapelhill is a fabulous house that has a high level of facilities The comfort is amazing with large, kitchen, dinning room and sitting room. The bedrooms are so comfortable, and the interior design is just beautiful. The owner was so helpful and all the food left for us was very much appreciated. Overall a fantastic stay and thoroughly enjoyed by 4 adults and 4 children. The games room in the boat house was real fun for the children.
