BONNIE BRAE COTTAGE, a cosy miners cottage in Hepburn Springs

Bonnie Brae is a cosy Victorian miners cottage in beautiful Hepburn Springs, within walking distance of the Mineral Springs Reserve and the famous Hepburn Bathhouse & Spa. It is also close to all the other amenities of this charming country town, which is just 3 minutes drive from central Daylesford.

The cottage has WiFi, a smart TV with Netflix, a two-person sunken spa bath, a wood-burning heater with complimentary firewood supplied for your first night in the cottage and modern split-system air conditioning to keep you comfortable all year round. Check-in is from 2pm and check-out is by 10am.

There is a secure fenced front garden and pets are also welcome inside the cottage.

You can use the fully equipped kitchen, or take a stroll to the local pubs or restaurants.

Ideal for a romantic getaway or, if you re coming with a group of friends, there is also a double bed in the second bedroom.

There is off-street parking on the front nature strip. As there are a small number of steps at the entrance to the front garden and in the cottage, a slightly sloping 25-metre garden path to walk down before you reach the cottage itself, and the floor levels are also slightly uneven in places, this cottage is probably not suitable for guests with reduced mobility or with young children.

Relaxing stay

We throughly enjoyed our night away, cute cosy place with a fire place, secure yard for our puppy. Lovely little homely touches like a bottle of wine on arrival, we would definitely stay again !!

Wonderful!

A peaceful stay with a gorgeous garden. This lovely little cottage was the getaway I needed without travelling too far. Along with the cabin's amenities (fireplace and spa) it was situated in a really picturesque location

The cottage is rather cute and surprisingly spacious. Although it is listed on the Main Road in Hepburn Springs it is tucked away and very quiet. Its also great to have a secure yard available if you wanted to bring your dog. The property is only a short walk to numerous restaurants too and also the Hepburn Springs Bath House. We had a lovely stay at Bonnie Brae Cottage.

Quaint cosy cottage and garden

Thoroughly enjoyed our weekend at the cute and cosy Bonnie Brae cottage. The cottage is quiet as is set back from the main road, and has a perfect small secure garden for the dog. Very comfortable beds, basic but functional bathroom and kitchen with complimentary bubbles, tea, and coffee provided. Cosy wood burner and great instructions for all appliances. Very easy stroll to the local cafe's and restaurants. Many thanks to Anthony and Andrew for hosting us.

Bonnie brae cottage

The cottage was lovely. Nice snd cosy also very quiet. The path to the cottage was abit hard to pack up get to it. The spa was unfortunately too unsafe for us to access due to getting in and getting out. That was the only problem due to our age. It was the perfect getaway!

Enjoyed travelling around the local vicinity, excellent markets. We were fine but maybe good to mention the fact that there are steps involved in access and also inside the cottage.

Lovely cottage

We loved staying at Bonnie Brae Cottage. It was cold weather so we had the fire going which was lovely and cozy. The garden setting is picturesque and the cottage is charming. Also well stocked with everything you need. The beds were very comfortable and the hosts helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend.

Cosy miners cottage Near Hepburn Springs

The cottage was very cosy for either 2 couples or as it was for my sister and I both to have our own rooms. It had a cosy smaller living room with TV and lounge and another small kitchen and dining room. Perfect for our needs. Well heated and private too.

Scenic getaway close to amenities and walks

Comfy and private with discreet host help at hand, but only if needed. Walk into a garden oasis where you pet feels safe and secure. A beautiful cosy setting, perfectly set up for dining in or out. Fantastic scenery and walks nearby. we had a great time and will return! Yogi loved it. So did we.

Slightly strange but very pleasant & great for dogs

A quirky little house that was perfect for our pooch. Excellent fencing and double gate meant we could relax with the dog foraging outside as well as inside. Pretty garden and quiet location. Strange set up sharing the second bedroom with a spa bath and kitchen cooking equipment could be better. We enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Little Getaway

The perfect place for a little weekend getaway. Very clean and well presented. Anthony was a pleasure to deal with. The complimentary bottle of sparkling in the fridge was a very lovely touch. The cottage is perfectly positioned - close to Daylesford township and Hepburn Springs reserve.
