Fully renovated this wonderful 3-bedroom property has a spacious open plan lounge, dining and features a fantastic outdoor area with a fire pit and hot tub for six.

Situated in a private complex, The Den has 3 bedrooms, 2 king and the 3rd bedroom has 2 king singles. The open plan kitchen lounge has seating for 8 people and a gas log fire to keep you toasty warm in winter. The bathroom has a walk in shower, separate toilet and there is a laundry with washing machine.

Step outside to an alfresco area with BBQ, fire pit (Total fire ban from Nov 2024 till May 2025) and the hot tub with its uber fast heating cycle.

Lovely cottage

Beautifully appointed cottage, quality comfy beds, stylish furniture, long quiet firetrack to walk behind the house, spa was super fun, air con is ducted and the best I’ve ever encountered, properly manager was very responsive and great communicator. Our tiny dog escaped under the gate a few times, until we really blocked it off with firewood. The 4 houses are close-ish together with a looped shared driveway. These neighbors weren’t there or were very quiet. A few noisy neighbors up the hill in the last few days of our week long stay, but it was fine. Literally our only tiny complaint was the bedding was super starched, 2 sheets placed over and under the quilt, no quilt cover, noisy rustling and uncomfortable. Next time I’d bring my own bedding. Overall a wonderful accom, highly recommend, we will be back for sure. Thanks to the owner for sharing their lovely house.

Great place for a family long weekend

The Den was a great place to stay on our family weekend away. It has everything you need, it was great for our Dog also. Highlight was the SPA, had some great nights chatting with the family in the spa. The only annoying thing were the sheets on the beds - for some reason they were really noisy - it was like they we over starched?

Quiet secluded getaway

The house was perfect for our family break. It has all you could want from a holiday house with a well-equipped kitchen, cosy lounge area and super comfortable beds. It was immaculately tidy. It’s a short walk to Hepburn shops and a quick drive to town. We will definitely stay here again.

Great girls weekend

House was really clean. Gas was turned off which stumped us and the property manager that we called but once we got it going the gas log fire was great. Booking process of sending photos of id was tedious but the check in sms and emails were helpful.
