The Space:
Upon entering the apartment, you'll find yourself in a cozy living area, furnished with a comfortable sofa bed, perfect for lounging or accommodating additional guests. Adjacent to the living area, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen featuring modern appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, electric oven, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and all the cookware, dishes, and silverware you'll need for preparing your favorite meals.

The apartment boasts two bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed to provide a peaceful retreat for a good night's sleep. Guest Access:
Our guests have access everywhere in the apartment during their stay.
There is private balcony in the apartment, equipped with an outdoor furniture set (table with 4 chairs).
Access to the building's terrace, an open space with funiture sets and casual lightening, for an afternnon/evening experience of the sun-set over the mountains along with sea view.
Smoking is allowed on the terrace.

The Neighborhood:
The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood, close to bus stops, taxi stations, super markets and the city center.
Also it is located 15 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes from the harboor.
Nearby you can find traditional and modern restaurants, cafes & bars, banks & supermarkets.
This delightful apartment is located in the heart of Heraklion. The Archaeological Museum is a 3km away as are a variety of shops,restaurants,boutiques and coffee bars. Main square "Eleftherias Square" is almost near to our apartment and you can visit everything you want to see in the city center. For more informations we can suggest you things and activities to do during your visiting in Heraklion city. Harbour is around 20 minutes away and airport about 15 minutes.

We would like to inform you about an important regulation mandated by the Greek government. From April to October, all guests are required by law to pay an Environmental Fee. This fee cannot be included in the booking price and must be collected separately before arrival, as stipulated by the Greek authorities.

The fee is:

€8 per night for apartments

€15 per night for villas

Please note:

This amount is not a charge from us, and we do not profit from it in any way.

Once we collect this fee, we pay it in full directly to the government as a tax.

Unfortunately, we are not allowed to waive, reduce, or absorb this fee, no matter the circumstances.

Payment is required before check-in, as per Greek law.

We completely understand this might be frustrating, and we sincerely wish we could make it easier for you. However, we are legally obligated to comply, and without this payment, check-in is not permitted.
