This modern refurbished apartment is centrally located on Herne Bay sea front being a great overall location for your holiday or short stay
You arrive at the property and enter through remote controlled gates to your own secure private parking. You can then enter the property from the car park through a private access, straight to the lift with one floor to the apartment. Suitable for disabled and wheelchair users.
The apartment itself has a spacious modern kitchen with top of the range NEFF appliances in a large open plan living area.
There are two bedrooms, one master, one twin and additional sumptuous sofa bed within the living room.
The bathroom has WC, sink and large double shower, again suitable for any disabled guests.

Never met the host, we were advised property booked was suddenly not available and had to make do with a property in Whitstable, never advised why when we asked why this happened. There are a number of things that were not up to standard, oven dirty inside, back door dirty and blind not working, blind in back bedroom only went halfway down, lack of saucepans, iron was not working and someone had to bring a new one, vacuum cleaner did not work, there was no mop or brush or dustpan and brush to sweep and clean floors, Only one tea towel for 19 days same with sheets and towels. The kitchen tap constantly dripping. Both towel rails in the bathroom large and small not secure to the wall.

Nicht wirklich fĂŒr Rollstuhlfahrer geeignet

Die Wohnung ist toll ausgestattet, die Lage ist super zentral. Die Wohnung hat eine eigene Fußbodenheizung, die man selber regulieren kann. Wir haben diese Wohnung gewĂ€hlt, weil explizit fĂŒr Rollstuhlfahrer beworben wurde. Es gibt aber am Eingang (an beiden EingĂ€ngen) eine ca. 15cm hohe Stufe. Wer also an einen Rollstuhl gebunden ist, hat ein Problem. Der Verwalter war nicht zu erreichen, eine Rampe nicht verfĂŒgbar. Die Sauberkeit war ok, nur eine Bettdecke hatte große, braune Flecken, (Hoffentlich Kakao) und einige Fenster sind verschimmelt. Insgesamt aber ein schöner Aufenthalt, da wir den Rollstuhl im Auto lassen konnten.

Flat comfortable with all necessary equipment for stay. Could do with some attention to the walls but it was September and the basic flat was clean. Bathroom could smell sometimes. Unfortunate that the lift was not working all week. Car parking very good.

Very noisy

If you like to be kept awake all night by the pub next door this is the place for you!!! Toilet was not cleaned and still had the remains around from the previous guests!!!! Spoke to the host who was not very helpful. Never left a review before but the noise from the neighbour's (pub) kept us awake until well after midnight and this was a weekday stay!

Great place to stay, but only if you like late nights and loud music

We've had the most fantastic time here, being a first time in Kent to stay. The apartment was perfect, everything that you need in there, although there could have done with mirrors in the bedrooms as well as fans as it was so warm. The only one downside which is nothing at all to do with the apartment itself is the fact that it's located right next to a pub with live music all evening until 1am and gone, which sadly has put us off coming again, especially as it was so hot, we had to leave windows open and meaning the loud music and loud, very drunk people stopped us sleeping earlier than 1.30am every night, especially as we wanted to be up early each day to make the most of it. We can't fault anything else, the fact that it's barely 2 mins walk from the beach, high streets, supermarkets. Everything that you need is within walking distance. I'd definitely love to come again, but unfortunately the pub has put us off which is a real shame :(

lovely property perfect location

A very clean and well equipped apartment in a perfect location. A minor problem occurred but was dealt with very quickly and did not affect our stay, Will be booking again in the future. Overall very pleased with our stay.

Very handy for enjoying the beaches and pubs/restaurants. No WiFi as an antiquated system that is in desperate need of updating. We would use again.

Nice apartment in a good location

Booked 3 night stay with elderly parents. Appreciated the private parking (under cover) and the lift up to the first floor, where the apartment is, so they didn't have to use the stairs. Good location, on the sea front. Very good walk-in shower with fold down seat. Can't vouch for the twin beds but the double was very comfortable. Big TV. Good WiFi. The kitchen was well equipped on the whole but lacking some basics (wooden spoons, oven gloves, bread knife, beer bottle opener) and a draining rack would be nice. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Great location, lovely apartment with a few solvable problems.

This is a modern, spacious apartment in a great location on the seafront and close to shops. Has designated free parking. Exceptionally comfy beds, kitchen generally well equipped (it has a dishwasher and large fridge freezer) and the lounge area is well furnished with a large TV, making for enjoyable evenings. There were only two of us but there is plenty of space for larger parties. On the down side, though it's a huge bonus to have onsite parking, the basement parking spaces are pretty tight plus the electric gates broke down and delayed us going out for a few hours one day - a neighbour said this happens fairly often but there were no instructions about what to do until I contacted the manager. The internet signal was poor throughout our stay despite promises of fixing it and the washing machine was broken so ended up with a batch of sodden, soapy clothes! If these issues could be resolved I would highly recommend this property.

Good location on the sea front & central to the town. Well equipped flat, nicely done & all new. Some leaflets/info of things to do or places to eat would be useful. Was live music on at Divers Pub next door over the weekend but didn’t go on after closing hours.

Zeer netjes!!

Mooie, nette, compleet appartement. Heerijke bedden, mooie keuken en prima badkamer. Helaas werkte de code om binnen te komen via de poort niet en is er geen free WIFI. Verder een erg mooi en compleet appartement, met drie stappen aan de kust en in het leven van Herbe Bay.
