Peaceful mornings and funfilled afternoons await you at this unique home!

Full kitchen, saltwater pool, spa shower, flat screen in every room and so much space!



The Space:

A mix of chic, contemporary and classic design. This home has everything a friendly traveler to the Waco area could want. Plenty of room for everyone, comfortable furnishings, resort style sleeping spaces, a awesome private pool and just minutes away from all that Waco has to offer.



The primary suite has a private and large ensuite bath with a large soaking tub and standup shower. The room itself offers a lush, king sized mattress with a well appointed sleeper sofa to fit more people if needed. The other bedrooms all have resort style, queen beds. There is a massive, fully equipped chefs kitchen adjoined to the open living space it can sleep 2 people on the couch and there is a rollaway bed for a 3rd person and next to the incredible outdoor area. The backyard offers plenty of seating with a massive yard and pool area.

The house is in a quiet neighborhood, clean, spacious with a nice pool. Not too far of a drive from Waco. We found a great local donut shop. There were some pool items that could have definitely been tossed that were not useful. However, we had an enjoyable week together as a family before moving our son into Baylor for his sophomore year.

Great place to stay!

We stayed there for a few days for just a little quick out of town family vacation with my two young kids. They loved playing in the pool and using the front bedrooms as their own little forts. The couch sucks in your soul and is amazing to just Netflix and chill and relax. And it is a great distance from any of the things you might want to go to!

Underwhelming based on price

We have stayed in our share of VBRO homes with our daughter at Baylor. This stay was the most expensive property for our family of 8 . The dishes were dirty, the pots were old and not usable with teflon scratched surfaces. The towels were old and worn. The house comfortably sleeps 8 only. 2 bathrooms were shared amongst 8 adults. Home is beautiful but needs some loving maintenance to be priced at this level.Neighborhood was safe and walkable at night.

College Friends Reunion

The property was located in a nice neighborhood that was safe and family friendly. It made for a great evening for walking and talking. Loved having the pool to lounge in while we caught up on a few years gone by.Great kitchen area.Bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect. Home is an easy drive to HEB, Magnolia properties, dining out and shopping.

Family Weekend

We were in town for Baylor Family Weekend - perfect location and beautiful property for our family. We were 8 people total and comfortably enjoyed our stay. The host was quick to answer our questions and we had everything we needed. Beautiful home and great layout for our needs. The pool was awesome! Only wish there was a code at the garage entrance because it would have been easier to enter/exit than walking around from the driveway to the front door with all our luggage. Otherwise, perfect! Will return.

Glad I was with my besties

Pool was great but had some grass in it from them mowing. Cabinet door fell off as soon as we opened it, wall outlets by stove went out and we had 2 early mornings where the smoke detector went off in one bedroom. We asked them to fix it, but they told the handyman the wrong room. One dectector already had a shower cap on it! Slow responses and we asked for a nights comp for all the sleepless mornings and no answer.

Great house for a group

Lovely home but lacking some of the expected necessities. There were not enough towels in the house for the number of people the house says it sleeps. ZERO wash cloths or dish cloths. No hand soap or dish detergent. Shower curtain liner in 2nd bath needs to be changed. Other wise this is a lovely home!!!!

Weekend Getaway for a Wedding

What a great location for a multi-family stay to attend a wedding at the nearby Valley Mills Vineyards. The house is large and spacious with plenty of furniture for lounging indoors and outdoors. Even though we are in November and a little too chilly for the pool, the kids (age 6 and 10years) had a blast playing outdoors with the various games. The huge master bathroom made for a perfect makeup/hair station for all the ladies in the family to get ready for the wedding. The location is perfect with quick access to plenty of dining options and family friendly activities around. Blake, our host, was amazing and available for help with information about the rental and booking, prompt and friendly responses making the booking process smooth and stress free for me, who handled the booking for our large family stay. Thank you, we will definitely be returning for our trips to the Waco area!

Family reunion

We had so much fun at the Kreece house! Easy drive to downtown Waco, and all the Magnolia experiences! And we loved the private pool, it was built in fun for everyone. We highly recommend this property!

Great place to stay

This house was everything that we hoped to expect! The pool was wonderful to relax in after a hot day of tourism. The owners were quick to respond to messages when we had questions. We give this a 5 star for sure! The only thing that we wished it had were safety rails in the pool for my senior parents. If we travel back to Waco we will be sure to check this house out again!

Girls weekend

The home was large, location was great. Area was safe. Not as clean as I would like but decent. Comfortable beds and the pool was great . There is not enough seating in the moving room for the size of the house and all it can accommodate. The kitchen is in desperate need of utensils - there were no kitchen towels and everything was well used and needs replacing. The fridge is not great. There is a birds nest in the chimney so we could hear birds throughout our stay. There is also a nest behind the back porch television so we were dodging doves while we were outdoors.

Amazing!

This house is beautiful, exactly as described & pictured in listing. The host is amazing w/ communication, we were in a nightmare situation w/ a rental home that had a failed AC & needed to move ASAP as the climate at our home is much cooler than TX, thus AC is a must. Host stayed up late w/ me coordinating reservation, gt us in the nxt day & truly saved our vacay. Will rent again if back in area!

So Cozy!

Everything was so clean! Love love love the cozy sofa. We really appreciated the extra towels and blankets available. We only had 3 people but there were plenty of towels, dishes and room for a larger family. Pool was amazing!
