有規模的度假村，硬體維持的挺好的 服務人員有熱忱但很明顯地不熟悉整體 入門等級的房間沒有浴缸對於度假型的酒店來說是個敗筆 外圍的餐廳沒有特色

酒店區很大,充滿歐洲山城小鎮色彩,拍照留念很美.

酒店距離河源市舊城區有幾十公里,乘計程車看錶計剛好九十元.我們住一晚帶温泉池房間,小朋友泡的很開心.洒店温泉區,有很多温泉池,水質好,泡得舒服.酒店區有幾家餐廳,中西日式都有,我們選了╴家中餐廳,吃當地客家菜,味道不錯

非常差，完全不值这个价格，服务也差，白天竟然不打扫整理房间，投诉后大堂经理还认为是我们自己回来后弄脏的，这个庄园也没啥玩的，华而不实。

the service for this hotel is super good. The staffs are very nice. But some facilities are not yet ready to customers, and there are many constructions, so dusty! But really good hotel!
