This apartment is located on the ground floor on the south side of the house and is the largest apartment with an area of approximately 40 m². It is divided into a bedroom, living room with kitchenette and bathroom with shower and toilet. The double bed in the bedroom has a size of 1.60mx 2.00m. In the living room there is a double bed couch if an extra bed is desired. The living room equipment also includes WiFi, a TV, radio with CD player. The kitchen has the following equipment, ceramic hob, fridge with small freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and various Dishes and kitchen utensils. Bed linen, towels and tea towels are part of the basic equipment. Garden furniture is available if required.
