This property is worthy of consideration because the staff is outstanding. Ownership really needs to invest in an update as soon as possible but the property is well maintained. Dated but well cared for.

We stayed five nights and only got room service one of them. Not exactly a big deal but I missed my complimentary coffee in the morning, and clean towels would have been nice. Making our own beds wasn’t a huge problem. The wall HVAC unit made strange gurgling sounds sometimes but was functioning. Other than that it is an older property which has been more or less maintained in acceptable condition. We selected this place largely because of price and you get what you pay for. But the beds were so nice and the bathroom had bed redone and was so clean and sparkled I would definitely stay here again

A fantastic place to stay when going to watch the Gators play!! Beds are very comfortable. AC was good for the room size. Lots of space in the rooms. Definitely a steal for the money. They even have an app that controls your check in and check out. Also it’s the key for your room. Definitely will be staying again! Go Gators!!

Nice room

Quick stay for the Gator Game. Nice room and comfortable bed. Be aware there really is not any restaurants around, so eat before coming to this town.

Renovations to this property is absolutely spot on! Managed by Francisco, owner, and staff member Jose. Both gentlemen are determined to provide all guest with a pleasant stay in every way. Highly recommend this facility to all who seek an enjoyable overnight experience.

Overall nicely renovated older motel. A few things about our room: the “GFCI” outlet over the sink was labeled “no equipment ground” (?); cracked tiles on the bathroom floor; I couldn’t get the TV to tune in any of the channels; stained bedspread (eww). Also kind of pricey for what it was. We paid $150 per night in early November. However the bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked: my two non-negotiables.
