This charming oceanside villa, just 70 yards from the ocean, offers a perfect blend of comfort and convenience. With two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen, it features a combined living and dining area. The master bedroom boasts a luxurious Comfort king-sized bed, while the guest bedroom includes two twin-sized beds. The living room is enhanced with a queen-sized sleeper sofa and opens onto a balcony with lovely views of the pool and ocean.

Located on the south end of the island along South Forest Beach Drive, Carolina Beach Club is just a short distance from Coligny Plaza. Enjoy access to Hilton Ocean Oak Resort's oceanfront pool, a second pool, a restaurant, a pool bar, and an indoor fitness center.

Parking Notes: The Carolina Beach Club limits parking to one car per unit.

Please note, there is a 3-night minimum stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The location was perfect — close to everything we needed and just steps from the beach. The property was clean & comfortable. We especially enjoyed the pools. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. Overall, a great experience and we would definitely stay here again!

Sort of disappointed with our accommodations. The condo had mold around the a/c vents, cob webs around the sprinklers, the sprinkler in the main bedroom was missing its trim so you could see up into the ceiling and the back door from the main bedroom didnt seal all the way. Also, we traveled with 2 teenage boys. The main selling point was access to the pool with the poolside bar and grill so they could get food to eat instead of spending our week in the grocery store. The pool and poolside bar/grill are owned by Ocean Oak Resort. Their card machine was down the entire week of our stay. They do not accept cash and are not able to bill your room as they can for the guests at Ocean Oak. We also had to park across the street in the overflow lot because there were no parking spaces left. Other than that, we always enjoy our stay in Hilton Head.

Perfect HHI condo for a family of 4!

This was my family's first trip to Hilton Head and we definitely want to visit again in the future. The rental property sits directly next to the Hilton vacation rentals and you have full access to their pools. The main pool was amazing and was large enough to not feel crowded even though there were a lot of people in the pool most days. The beach was also just steps away and it was so nice to be able to just walk down to the beach rather than load up the car, find parking, find a spot and then load back up to head home. Also had a nice walk out to the beach and a great area to rinse off. Made it much more enjoyable. The condo itself was great, nice updated showers, super comfy bedding. I would highly recommend this property!

Great location and comfortable accommodations.

We enjoyed our stay
 especially the use of the amenities at Ocean Oaks, just steps away. The condo is comfortable and adequate. We shared with an adult family member, visiting from another country and it was plenty of space and privacy with the two bathrooms. A few small changes would make the place even better
 some of the sockets are loose and could use a change
 plugging in is a challenge in some. Also, the sconce lights over the bed are a great touch and save space on the bedside table, but they need to be lowered! You have to climb out of bed to try to reach up to turn them off. I’m 5’7” and it’s a stretch. Also after you read in bed or get all sleepy, it’s a pain to climb out to turn off lights. Just a constructive criticism. Working through Vacation Time was great!!! Easy, courteous and did I say easy??? Thank you for the great trip!

Awesome location and amenities

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was clean and comfortable for my family of 4. The amenities are great - the pool is perfect for kids and it was awesome having a cafe right downstairs. The beach access is great with several hoses/ showers when coming off the beach. As previous reviews said, the bed in the main room could be replaced but not a big enough issue that I wouldn’t book again.

Great location, Great agency!

Management gets a 10, great communication and very responsive. Unit gets a 6, needs a bit of work. Beds are old and need replacing. Owner should replace them! Overall a nice place and location. I would recommend to anyone with a family looking for a fun beach vacation. Definitely would use agency again.

Great location and amenities but disappointed in unit

The location was great. Hotel amenities were really nice. Property was older than it appeared in the pictures. Things are outdated. Beds are old and not comfortable, they make noise when you move. The apartment was not clean. It smelled. There was mold in the bathroom and dirt in the kitchen drawers. Internet speed was not sufficient. The sliding door to the balcony was hard to open.

Fabulous location!

We had a great week in this lovely little unit. The only thing I would change would be the VERY squeaky bed. Everything else was fantastic. Unit was very clean. Amazing location, tucked away, yet close enough to walk or bike to lots of restaurants/shops.

Great location and awesome service

Can’t get a better location and amenities for the price. My only issue is the bed in master bedroom was way too soft, I didn’t complain and obviously didn’t expect them to change out mattresses but if you like a soft mattress and don’t mind the squeaking you can’t find a better place.

Excellent stay!

We booked this one week prior to our stay. It was exactly what was advertised and expected. Fantastic location on Hilton Head. The beach and pools were beautiful and the kids enjoyed both. We drove so we did a lot of cooking. If you plan to do the same bring everything. The kitchen only has the very basics. I also recommend bringing your own beach towels and chairs. The condo is small but comfortable. It was a great week and we highly recommend this rental, facility and location. Thank you for the use of your home, it was a much needed break!!

Amazing property near the beach in Hilton Head

The condo was in a great location and was super clean. The only complaint was the master bed. It was very uncomfortable! We would definitely stay here again! Hilton Head was amazing and did not disappoint!!

The property was clean and a convenient location. The accommodations however, were underwhelming. The master bed was the most uncomfortable and loud bed that I’ve ever slept in. Any slight movement and you were bouncing all over and the bed frame was squeaking. In hind sight we should’ve just put the mattress on the floor. The living room are couldn’t accommodate our family of four. It was so tiny that we couldn’t even all watch a movie together. Cold and rainy days were spent split up w someone in each bedroom and someone in living room. The kitchen was more like a counter and a fridge and was poorly stocked w dishes and cooking supplies. The listing definitely glorified the property and the space. In addition there was co structure on the property beginning between 8-8:30 every day and children running around above us. Let’s just say it was not a restful vacation.

Great beach property

The condo has an ocean view and gives you access to the amenities of the adjoining Hilton property. Short walk to the pool, outdoor area and ocean. The beach and outside area were not crowded. The pool had limited seating because of Covid and you may or may not get a chair. About a half mile to Coligny Circle which has a variety of stores and restaurants.The 2 bd condo is small but comfortable. Note that it rents by the week and if you stay less than a week, you pay for the entire week (at least we did for a 5 night stay). We had a great and would return again.

Just a few changes would help

Weather was great, but a few items could have helped our stay. We may be spoiled because of where we usually stay for the last 8 years in October on HH. We just wanted to try a new place. Instruction said nobody could check in till 4pm and to call if we were going to be after 5pm. We called since we had no reason to get up and hurry there. The gentleman let us know we could have checked in early afternoon. We did not have to wait till 4pm. Wish we could have had that time for a little more beach time. WIFI in the unit never worked, but luckily several other units have the same user/password set up. I cant understand why the owner can't provide beach towels. Who wants to bring big towels from home. Luckily we made friends with the several people from the Hilton and they passed along some towels to us. They actually start with 8 beach towels per unit according to them. All amenities shut down at 8pmwhich makes enjoying the pool or hot tub after dinner a scramble. It really is the little things that can make a vacation stay average or great. I would suggest if someone wants to stay on this property that they stay in the actual Hilton. People joked at my red headed step condo jokes..
