Hampton Inns are great. Staff here was excellent. Breakfast was awesome. Beds were great. The property is old, and some parts have aged out compared to most Hamptons. Still an enjoyable stay.

While the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the hotel itself is an older facility. Did not feel freshly clean and the interior of the corridors & room is drab & outdated. Disappointed for a Hampton Inn/Hilton Brand.

Could use some updating, especially the sitting area and pool furniture, but it met our needs. Convenient to whatever you want to do in Hilton Head and we went on several adventures. A couple of the staff were rude to my children but it could have been a language barrier. Breakfast was great. Front desk staff were top tier everyday and all shifts.

Stayed 2 nights on this trip. Will be In Hilton Head 4 days a week for the next 9 months for work . This trip was there for a few days and no one came to clean the room. No clean towels. I will go back Maybe they were short staffed.

Last minute trip but not too bad to stay

It was an OK stay for last minute. The amenities needed to be upgraded. The carpet in the hallways needed to be clean. Other than that it was OK to stay.
