Staff were great - Jackie in housekeeping was especially warm and friendly. She always greeted us with a smile and kind words. Jackie went out of her way to make our stay comfortable. When returning from the beach/pool, her towel swans put a smile on our faces. Thank you Jackie!

went in for spa treatment and much to staffs' surprise there was construction going on the floors above location. staff handled very well and made a good experience

The hotel was not what we expected, the room we got had a weird smell and was a bit stuffy. Dude to our baby girl, we turned the air up and after a few minutes it had a strong burning smell coming from the vents. They sent a tech who stated that the system is old and when the temp is turned up it blows heat, so he turned it up 2 degree which was still a bit cold for my baby. Throughout the next few days, my wife and kids started to feel stuffy from being in the room, realizing that it goes away when outside and that the room was the cause of it. My wife and kids are not feeling well and coughing a lot since we left the resort. Additionally, The atmosphere at the hotel was a bit off as well, especially with several of the employees, either they were having a few bad days or they don’t like their jobs. Either way, we will not be going back to this resort, we thought the Omni brand would have exceeded our expectations but it did not.

For the price you pay, the building needs exterior updating, the staff is extremely slow, I requested a roll-out bed 4 times in a period of 4 hrs. Operations manager trying to be nice saying that he "waived" the fees for my service dog (which is illegal to charge for that) I would not stay here again. Great cleaning staff!
