This 5 bedroom vacation home is located in the Sea Pines Resort, just 3/4 mile from the famous Salty Dog Café (a 5 minute bike ride). It is across from the beach access (157 ft from the back door to the access) and is on the sea pines bike path. There is also a fishing spot on Sprunt pond one block away.

This old school beach house has been completed remodeled. The house is well situated for multiple families to share a week at the beach, sleeping 17 in 5 bedrooms with 5 baths. It is also handicapped friendly with no stairs for the main living area and two bedrooms.

• Bedroom 5 - Upstairs - 2 Twins (can be made into King), 32 inch Flat Screen TV, bath across the hall
• Queen Sleeper sofa in family room

The great room is spacious and perfect for your large family gatherings. There are three sofas (one is a sleeper) for plenty of comfy seating and a 58 inch smart TV with separate HDMI and USB connections for all of your devices. Fill the house with music using the built in Sonos sound system, playing music directly from your phone/ipad using your music library or streaming services. Or go old school with your entertainment, grab a board game from the cupboard and play at the game table.

The home has a gourmet kitchen that is ready to host large family gatherings. It won Best Kitchen redesign in 2018 Island Builder Awards! The kitchen has Thermador ovens and cooktop for the serious cook. There is a wine chiller and beverage center in the island to leave plenty of room in the refrigerator for food. There is also an extra refrigerator in the garage. The dining table seats 10. Additional guests can be seated at the kitchen island (8), family room game table (4) and patio table (6). The Dining, Great Room and Kitchen are all on the ground floor and handicapped friendly with no steps to navigate. The dining room, kitchen, master bedroom and den bedroom have doors out to the patio.

The home has a screened porch with full size pool (pool can be heated for an additional fee), so if it’s raining or buggy at the beach you can still enjoy the pool. The pool has a basketball goal for sporting, or just float around. There is a Weber gas grill and a Kamodo Joe (Like a Big Green Egg) on the grilling patio just outside the porch. Comfy deck furniture and a TV make it a great place to lounge while watching the kids play.

It's an easy walk to the beach. The beach access is 157 ft from the pool deck. You'll be on the beach in 3 minutes soaking up the sun. Or you can ride your bike 3 blocks down to the Tower Beach Club which has bathrooms and a picnic area. (Car parking is for Sea Pines owners only).

There is a 50 AMP level 2 EV charger in the garage. Tesla owners will need to bring their adapter. The garage also has beach chairs and beach carts for guest use.

Check out time is 10am and check in time is 4:30 pm. Your beach house will be "move in" ready with all beds made up with fresh linens. There will be bath towel service for the number of registered guests (beach towels are not included). You'll have a starter set of supplies in the kitchen and bathrooms: Dish soap, dish towels, trash bags, paper towels, hand soap, toilet paper and shampoo.
