We had high hopes for this resort but were quickly disappointed. Upon arrival, the valet attendants were rude and unhelpful. After check in, we went to our room which had dirty linens and hair all over the bathroom. We addressed it with the hotel staff and instead of providing a new room, they came and “cleaned”. Later that night, I went to the local grocery store and purchased Clorox wipes to clean my room. As a sorry for our inconvenience, we were given breakfast vouchers which we found out after our first breakfast, were not for the menu items and was give a bill of $100 for a mid breakfast at best. I had to ask the front desk each day for towels since two were left in our bathroom each day when we had three guests. WIFI was a problem each night as the resorts server could not handle the amount of guests using which made it hard for those of us who had to get work done on vacation. The noise level was also high. While I understand you can’t control the guests loudness, rooms could be sound proofed at bit more. We could hear our neighbors phone alarm going off. Overall, we were disappointed with this resort and unfortunately many of the other hotel guests were as well. While addressing our stay with the hotel manger, another guest said it sounded like her stay too!

Heather who called to confirm our reservation was wonderful and the lady in the coffee shop the morning of 1/19 was delightful and her drinks were delicious. On the other hand, The heat in the room didn’t work and required a visit from engineering. The bedding wasn’t sufficient for a cold night… it seemed like we were missing a blanket or comforter. The phone wouldn’t call out so we had to run downstairs to talk to the front desk, the TV kept cutting out, and there wasn’t a bath mat.

The lobby and hotel was so beautiful. The service was top notch. The little cafe/coffee shop was wonderful and prices were great. Everything was very clean and the staff was so wonderful. Our room had a beautiful view. My only downfall was the bed. It was not comfortable and the pillows were terrible. That is my only complaint. After our weekend stay I could not wait to get back so I could see the chiropractor. I did not sleep well. I would absolutely go back, however I would try to request and extra comforter to make the bed just a bit softer and extra pillows that had some support. Otherwise the property was wonderful.

The staff were professional and prompt, we arrived an hr before our check in time and were able to get our room early, that in itself was so helpful and we totally appreciated it as I had my child with me who desperately needed a nap! The gelato and coffee shop was an absolute hit and so were our cocktails, we didn’t get a chance to try the food but the menu looked so tempting. We came during the off season and it was beautiful, we didn’t mind we couldn’t get a full experience as the pools are closed but with the beach being walking distance from our room was everything, I’d definitely come back, love to try this place during warmer weather!

The room is clean and spacious. The bed is very comfortable. The resort is very beautiful and has easy access to the beach. The walls are not very sound proofing which is the major downside.
