Surf Court 14 is a two-story townhouse, one flight above street level. Forest Beach townhouse sleeps up to 6 people. King bed in master bedroom, Two Queens in bedroom 2. Unit 14 is across the street from the ocean and up the street from Van der Meer Tennis Center. Vacationers seeking a good value don't mind the short walk to and from the ocean and like parking at the front door of their condo. A spiral staircase from the living balcony provides easy access to the beautifully landscaped courtyard and large swimming pool. Surf Court is within 3 blocks of Coligny Plaza and the Beach Park & Market. This quaint downtown area offers guests a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages. The owner of Surf Court 14 has thought of everything when thinking of decor, comfort, and style in this beach home. The upstairs has new wood laminate floors, and new paint, new bedroom furniture, new mattress's and much more!

Wonderful rental in a great location

This unit is a wonderful rental in a great location. It’s such a quick walk to the beach. The house was very clean and there was great communication with the rental company. We had an issue with the dryer and the next day someone was there to take a look. Will, from the rental company, even came at 8:00 that night to help problem solve, which we appreciated.

Great vacation

This property was perfect for my little family’s vacation. It was clean and comfortable. Easy walk just across the street to beach. Easy quick bike ride to Coligny Plaza for eating, shopping. We enjoyed riding bikes to and around Low country celebration park also. Easy access to rinse sand off from the beach through the pool gate. Would stay here again!

Great Location

We chose this rental because of the proximity to the beach. While not beach front, there is access directly across the street. This particular unit is on the side of the property closest to the beach. There is a coded door to get into the courtyard to swim in the pool when coming straight from the beach, so you don't have to get sand in your space. Inside, the place had newer hard floors, a updated baths and bedrooms, and comfy furniture for the living room. The kitchen was stocked with more than enough for our family of 6, and we cooked breakfast and some quick lunches daily. The entire place had just the right amount of furniture to meet our needs, but left room for our belongings to fit and not feel crowded. The only surprising part was the need to check in at a physical location. While the people were pleasant and the check in was maybe a mile away, an email or text with a door code would be sufficient and welcomed in the future. We had a great stay at one of our favorite places to visit. While quiet, we were close enough to meals and shops to make those trips quick and easy with all of our young kids.

Surf court 14

Location in the complex itself was great it’s on the side where the ocean is and it’s super close to the beach it was surprisingly spacious and perfect for 2 couples the balcony was nice and looked out the center of the complex where the pool is. The only thing was the stairs are quite steep so be careful if you stay here. Highly recommend and would stay again!!

Surf Court 14 was Fantastic! Would Stay Here Again 👍

Surf Court 14 lived up to all the good review we had read before staying here. Location could not have been any better. 2 minute walk to the beach with a nice path to lead you directly to the beach, close to shopping, dining, bike rentals (highly recommend) and grocery. Surf Court 14 was very clean, well stocked with nearly everything you need in a kitchen and the master bed was super comfortable. The cable box was out in the master bedroom due to a bad power cord, but we called maintenance and they arrived within 30 minutes and had our tv up and running....great service! Would highly recommend this property!

Smell & furniture

This unit was worth the price but we have stayed at a lot nicer on HHI. As soon as we arrived we opened the door and the musky smell would knock you down. The master closet has what looks like mold on the ceiling and smells musky too. We kept our clothes out of the closet areas. The living area is in need of all new furniture and is laid out weird. The t.v. Is on a old hutch that sits off the wall. The furniture is very uncomfortable and you cannot see the tv from all of it. There were four of us and we couldn’t comfortably sit together at night. This was my biggest complaint, even over the smell. The place was clean enough but wouldn’t hurt to throw the doors open and give it a deep clean sometimes. With all this being said it was a convenient walk to the beach.

Nice rental, short direct walk to the beach.

Clean and spacious for 3 adults and 2 kids. Accurate listing and nice furnishings. Steps are a little short/steep, our 4 year old fell on the steps outside. I fell on the steps and broke my foot. No booze involved lol. Don't be like us-Just use the railing! Overall good stay nonetheless. Note you only have one parking spot in front of the property, otherwise you have to drive around the side to park and walk.
