The Night Heron Villas are ideal for a couple or a small
family looking for a quiet, secluded villa while still being
able to enjoy all of the activities within Sea Pines. This
charming newly renovated (August 2018) freestanding
villa offers a King bed with Flat Screen TV and Private
Bath with Shower. The Living Room is outfitted with a
Flat Screen TV, High Speed Internet & a Kitchen with
Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Microwave plus a washer &
dryer for your convenience. A Spacious and luxuriously
decorated Screened Porch is located off of the Living
Room & provides a peaceful space for your morning
coffee. There is a pool on site plus the beach and the
600 Acre Sea Pines Forest Preserve are a short walk
away. Free WiFi. Smart TV with Netflix plus HuLu. Walk
or Bike to the Beach!

Lovely space

We’ve stayed in several Night Heron units; this is the nicest of all. Beautifully furnished, king bed w upgraded mattress, many amenities. Only downside is no outdoor patio, no grill.

A nice upgrade

We've been staying in Night Heron for years, but this year decided to upgrade a bit; wanted a king size bed and slightly nicer furnishings/amenities, including fabulous screened in porch, and outdoor shower/rinse area. Loved it! AC quieter than other units as well. Thoughtful touches such as a kit of dishwasher and laundry packets, shampoo/conditioner and soap. Staff also very responsive to our call (AC unit wasn't working on our arrival, but was fixed promptly). Only downsides: no outdoor grill, and shower water pressure is minimal; neither a deal breaker for us. We'll definitely stay here again!

Perfect Place!

The home was nicely maintained and much effort was given in making it very cozy. We appreciated the thought out small kitchen. Quality items in drawers rather than an overabundance of odds and ends. All the lights are on dimmers! Love it! The back covered porch was PERFECT for morning coffee and meant for a few evenings with a cheese plate and wine! With that porch we didn't mind the rain storms. We loved the bike paths and the quaint walking path down to the beach. A winner of a home in a beautiful location!

Great 29th GetAway

We enjoyed every single thing about our trip! From the island, to Sea Pines , to our property and it's location. We found it exactly as described and clean as a whistle. The one bedroom was perfect in size for us and the screen in porch became the perfect place for early morning reading and coffee. Already planning our next trip.

We had a lovely week! Our favorites part of Night Heron 10 was the screened in porch! We also loved the location within Sea Pines and proximity to the beach. Surprising I really appreciated all the lighting in Night Heron 10. Most lights were on dimmers and made the cottage so cozy!

Small but efficient

This is a lovely little cottage- nice decor, clean, quiet neighborhood and completely adequate for two people. We stayed between Christmas and New Years and planned to eat at home a lot because of Covid and the huge number of visitors in HH. While the kitchen had all the basics, we found it to be a little too small, but that isn’t a criticism of the unit- just our particular desires. It’s compact and they don’t describe it as anything else. The oven/microwave is top of the line, but I struggled with it. Guess you can’t teach old dogs new tricks! A couple of small things they could add are a paring knife and baking sheet. Other than that, all the necessary cooking items were there. This cottage is close to the beach (only a short walk) and secluded and quiet.

Adorable Cottage!

Nite Heron 10 was a perfect place for the two of us. The decor was very pretty and the layout of the cottage was cozy and comfortable. We spent a lot of time in the screened-in porch and ate most of our meals there. The small washer and dryer were an added bonus. Everything was super clean as well.
