Amazing view. Very clean and orderly. Everything you could think of that you may need was supplied. We called the property management company just to ask if there was a pool net to clean a few pine needles and they sent out an entire crew to clean the entire pool and spa within about 30 minutes. Great service!
The location is unbelievable. The house is a great size for a large family and was well equipped with amenities. The kids playroom was a hit and the view of the ocean from there was terrific.
It would take a person with a pretty negative outlook to be able to leave a negative review about a vacation at a 9 million dollar house on the beach in Sea Pines. The property management company was great, the house was huge and VERY clean, the pool and hot tub were great, and the Hilton Head beach is unbeatable for kids. First class all the way, you can't go wrong at this spot.
The outdoor space is beautiful, and my kids loved the pool. The inside is a bit dated and definitely needs some light maintenance work, but it's very spacious, and we were comfortable.
Great location, plenty of room to spread out and enjoy
My wife and I stayed at this property with our toddler. It was more than spacious for our group and would have comfortably accommodated another 8-10 people with ease.
We enjoyed the location immensely. The beach front view and privacy on either side was perfect. Calm and quiet.
The house has beautiful 'bones', but shows signs of dating. The pictures are accurate and I do feel that they are transparent with the condition of some of the bedrooms/bathrooms. It is priced accordingly.
We encountered no issues with the home, heating/cooling/refrigerating/pool/etc. while we were there. The upkeep on the property and systems was excellent.
The pool area was a central location for us. There is chipping/cracked surface area that you will want to avoid with bare feet. It would benefit from an update. However, the pool and hot tub were great and we thoroughly enjoyed using them both. Again, no issues at all during our two-week stay.
