St Andrews 1982 is a beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath getaway in the St. Andrews Palmetto Dunes complex located in a beautiful community on Hilton Head Island. The unit is on the 2nd floor and has added privacy as an end unit.

The foyer opens to the sunken living room, with a cathedral ceiling. The fully equipped kitchen, features granite countertops and all the appliances needed to make you feel right at home. For added convenience, there is also a washer and dryer in an alcove off the kitchen. The formal dining area sits adjacent to the kitchen and offers a table with seating for up to 6. The dining room sits in front of a large wall of windows that will provide an abundance of light when the sun is out.

Separating the dining room and the living room is a dry bar that can serve as the perfect place to lay hors d'oeuvre if you have friends over for dinner. The large windows and skylights help bring the outdoors in while you enjoy a family meal together. The living area is equipped with comfortable seating, including a queen sleeper sofa, flat screen TV/DVD, and bench nook perfect for reading a good book. The outside deck has a cafe table for two.

This Palmetto Dunes villa sleeps 6 guests in 2 inviting bedrooms. Hardwood floors continue through both bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, a TV, and access to the outdoor deck. This bedroom has a private walk-in shower and toilet room with a separate vanity sink area. The guest bedroom offers a queen-size bed plus a Double/Twin bunk set. The bathroom with tub/shower that also serves as the powder room for guests. This bedroom also has its TV along with a walk-in closet.

St. Andrews in Palmetto Dunes features an on-site pool open April through September and is a short 1.2-mile bike ride to the beach or an easy half-mile walk to the Palmetto Dunes General Store. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.
