Elevator 3 is being modernized and will be out of service for the month of February. There is a stairwell next to this elevator for guest's use or guests can use the elevators located at building 1 to access buildings 2 and 3.

Nestled on the second floor of Building 2, the villa boasts a prime location overlooking North Forest Beach, offering something for everyone—whether you're seeking relaxation or adventure. The dining table seats six comfortably, ideal for family meals or group gatherings. The 1,750 square feet of indoor living space is complemented by one of the largest outdoor areas of any SeaCrest villa, including two private balconies. The oversized balcony off the living area is perfect for al fresco dining, with a table seating six, four additional chairs, and a lounge chair for enjoying Hilton Head’s stunning sunsets. The second private balcony off the second primary bedroom provides the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee while soaking in the ocean views.

The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, a desk, an ensuite bathroom with an oversized shower, dual vanity, and a walk-in closet. The sliding glass door gives access to the large balcony, making it easy to enjoy the fresh sea air. The second king suite also boasts a desk, an ensuite bathroom with a separate shower and garden tub, a double vanity, and a walk-in closet. Guests in this room can enjoy a private balcony with direct ocean views. The third bedroom is outfitted with two double/full-size beds and one twin trundle, along with a large walk-in closet. This is a perfect layout that gives everyone their own space. Each room has a private bath! Clean, spacious, and nicely appointed. Ocean views, and great location. Prompt and easy communication with management company. Would highly recommend.

We had such an amazing time there and would def either stay there again or recommend this exact room to our friends/family. From the moment you book, it was very easy to ask questions and get responses really quickly. The rooms looks exactly as they do in pictures too! Very clean and very spacious! We also loved the proximity to the pools (it’s only 2 floors up), and the beach, and Coligny Plaza. The only downside was that the elevators weren’t working for almost 2 days and while our walk up wasn’t bad, it wasn’t great when we had a wagon or stroller to bring up, but that’s nothing to do with the room itself. The bathroom, bedroom, and kitchen and most amenities. And the grocery store to get more supplies is right across the street. It was great that even beach toys/boogie boards were included. We used the washer/dryer daily and it was perfect for our wet towels. We enjoyed and would come back again!

Beautiful unit with spacious bedrooms, large, updated bathrooms, stocked kitchen, lots of space and a nice (side) view of the ocean and pool and palm trees. Second floor made it convenient so we didn't have to wait for an elevator. Highly recommend!

All-Around Wonderful Rental!

This 3BR unit was exactly as described and pictured. Updated, roomy, comfortable and excellent location. Enjoyed the large balconies off the King rooms. The 4 and 7 year olds loved the large pool and the proximity to the beach. As did the adults - who also appreciated that the pool was heated and that their were plenty of loungers and tables with shade. Pool Bar Jim's is a wonderful asset - convenient for poolside drinks and lunch, accompanied by great service. Coligny Plaza, which is behind and just across the street is great for restaurants, ice cream and shopping. This unit is owned by The Vacation Company and we were impressed with their management and service. They provided access to an online portal in advance with great information on accessing property, directions, supplies provided in unit and a list of suggestions for what to bring. We were also generally pleased with their communication and response to questions This is without a doubt a 5 out of 5 property and we hightly recommend.

Great Hilton Head location

Great condo for family with 4 college age kids. Location is fantastic, walk to grocery store, restaurants, shopping. Unit is very close to beach and pools. Clean and bright. AC and appliances worked well. Only very minor issue was the need a few more utensils for our big group but would definitely stay again.

Great condo at great complex

We had two condos. This one had two adults and two teens. They said it was great. Actually I was a little envious because they said the king in master was best they’ve ever slept in. Younger grandson had the queen bed room. His only issue was it had a separate air conditioning unit (which my kids loved that option in the other condo). It scared him and he ended up sleeping in the two doubles room. No biggie. Fun was had by all. Appreciate the updated, beautiful condo, the easy path to beach and pool bar Jim’s French fries and ranch.

Stayed with family of three children and grandparents ann plenty of space. Excellent location in complex - close to pool, beach and Coligny Plaza. Spacious and clean. Balcony allowed for a beautiful view. Renting bikes and beach chairs very easy. Kitchen had everything we needed. Would rent again.

Sweet spot for families!

What a great spot! I’m a little on the picky side, but this place checked all the boxes for us. Super clean, well stocked kitchen, great bathrooms, great view, furniture was comfortable. It just felt like home! We’ll absolutely be back. The only thing to note is the second master mattress is extremely firm and a more detailed guide about the property would’ve been helpful for the first night! We got elevators confused and didn’t know there was an indoor pool until the last day.

Beautiful Condo in an excellent location

We truly enjoyed our stay; everything was lovely. The size of the condo is great, it was larger than we expected. The bathrooms have been updated and we loved the decor of the entire condo. It has great ocean views and the balcony overlooks the pools and some fountains. Just steps from the beach, restaurants and shops. They provided everything we needed. We have stayed a Sea Crest before and this is our favorite condo by far. Highly recommend.

Great unit in a great location!

Really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very clean and nicely decorated. The size was perfect for our family and had everything we needed in the unit. I loved the pools and beach bar on the property plus it was walking distance to all the shops and restaurants in Coligny. The only possible downside is that it’s located next to the public beach so the beachfront can get very busy. We end up in the pool more often so wasn’t a big deal for us. Definitely recommend this rental!!
