Great location and very nice property

We had a great stay, was in a great location and the property was nice and clean. Great for pets as well. A deer walked by our window!

Shipyard

We loved the location, the layout was good and the backyard views were great. We are older and enjoyed the main room recliners and the fact that the rental was pet friendly. The decor of this property is dated and could use a refresher. The TVs and electronics are very much in need of an upgrade. We will consider a return visit next year. My wife unfortunately left behind a valuable set of gold earrings- we hope that Sea Turtle will respond to our request for a response from their cleaning services people. Thanks.

Family Vacation

We really enjoyed ourselves. We felt very comfortable and we appreciated the well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed the patio area. We also enjoyed relaxing at the pool and on the beach. This was a very nice family vacation and we would consider returning for another visit.

Quiet but close

We have stayed here before. They allow big dogs which is key. But it’s always clean and doesn’t smell like dogs at all. Plenty of space, great porch. Easy bike to beach or pool. Comfy beds. If I had to complain I would suggest updating the TVs and frying pans Would definitely stay here again

The place was clean and comfortable. The agency that managers Sea Turtle was nice. But the facility they use to rent the bikes and chairs need some new equipment. They should invest the money it costed in new bikes

2nd Stay at this location

We really like the layout of this property and it was a short 5 minute bike ride to the beach. Shipyard is a beautiful location to take a nice evening bike ride or walk. It is convenient to the grocery stores, shopping and a great variety of restaurants.

Classic HHI property

We stay at HHI every other year. This property is one of the better ones we've stayed at. The patio area was exceptionally nice. I wish the TV's were a little bigger, but who really cares? We were at the beach.

Nice home, great location.

We enjoyed our stay in Shipyard's Evian complex. This home was very close to great tennis and so-so golf, and a short 3/4 mile walk or bike ride to the beach. The house is a bit dated and could use some work to bring it up to par w/other VRBOs in which we've stayed.

Relaxing getaway

Loved the location and amenities. It was very homey and comfortable. Cleanliness was lacking in certain areas and the unit had a bit of a pet smell to it. Bathrooms were tiny - but the convenience of 3 full baths was great. Tennis courts were always available. Very pet friendly. We would definitely stay here again!!!

End of the Busy Season

We loved the layout and functionality of the unit! The big bedroom upstairs was a great surprise! We could tell the unit had a busy season based on the dirty carpet and overall wear and tear.

Lovely Vacation

We were sad to leave 240 Evian this morning. We had a great week there and had everything we needed but ventured out a good bit to see the sites since we were close to everything. The villa was very clean upon arrival and we were comfortable all week. The beds were very comfy and we enjoyed having the lagoon so close. We had fun watching the wildlife out there daily. We named the smaller gator Jethro and he kept his distance as did we. Great week for our family!!

Overall good location

Deep cleaning needed. 25 minutes to beach and 5 to pool. Didn’t like the fact that there was no lights in the evening, paths not lite and porch light didn’t work. Overall not a bad place, updates needed.

Great staff but needs updates and deep cleaning.

It was about a 30 minute walk to the beach. We liked that each room had a full bathroom. It was pretty dirty other that the minimum housekeeping can do. The website made it seem like it was a house but it was an apartment complex and you only got part of the picture. Shower curtains and blinds filthy. Carpet needs replaced. It just really needs some updates and deep cleaning. We will not be using this place again.
