Our FAQ:

HOW FAR TO BEACH: Walk in 15 minutes, or drive to the exclusive Beach Trolley shuttle.

BEACH CLUB ACCESS/PARKING Onsite parking AT the Beach Club is permitted for all overnight guests, Labor Day-mid March. From Mid March through end of summer, special Beach Trolleys transport guests from various parking spots within Sea Pines to the Beach Club. Closest Beach Trolley location is at intersection of Greenwood and Willow Oak-- about 3 minutes by car from Greenwood Forest. DAY AFTER LABOR DAY THROUGH MARCH, EVERYONE MAY PARK AT THE BEACH CLUB.

PETS: We welcome your well-behaved dog (small to medium sized) for $350 per dog, maximum 2. Regrettably, Labradors and other oily coated breeds are not allowed. Dogs are never allowed on furniture or beds (or their humans have to pay a fine) and must be crated when left alone.

No pets in your party? No problem as there is NO pet evidence in this house.

PAYMENTS: For reservations made thirty (30) days or less days prior to arrival, payment in full is due at the time the reservation is made. For reservations made thirty one (31) days or more prior to arrival, payment of 25% of the total is required, and the full amount of travel insurance premium, if accepted, is required at the time of booking. The balance of the final total is required thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Long term winter reservations policy differs- please inquire.

CANCELLATIONS: You are welcome to cancel your reservation without penalty and receive full refund of your deposit up to 31 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made 14 days to 30 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund of total payment. At 13 days prior to arrival, your reservation becomes noncancelable and non-refundable. Travel insurance is always highly recommended.

Beautiful Home

This home was simply beautiful. Extremely clean, very well organized (I am a neat nick..) lovely newer bathrooms and well thought out furniture placement. Great dining area, new kitchen and super simple tv system. Everything in the home was clearly labeled, right down to having its own Spotify playlist (nice touch). Clear instructions for every single thing you could imagine, easily accessed. All in all, we loved it and were very impressed with this company. We have been staying in vacation properties for 20 years, this is by far the best so far. As a side note, easy communication with the rental company for any questions or problems (we had none ) was a great idea.

We had a wonderful trip and the location of the house was great. We had 4 people and the size of the home was perfect. Extremely clean and filled with supplies for the 5 days. We got to meet Beverly at check-in and she was very welcoming. Highly recommend!

Exceeds expectations

The home is spacious, airy and up to date. The patio in the backyard is shady and lovely and the grill was a great addition. We loved the location - a short bike ride from the Beach Club, South Beach and Harbor Town. The community pool was well maintained and clean. The house had great beach equipment, a well stocked kitchen and plenty of towels. We settled right in to our vacation. I would highly recommend this property and would stay again.

Clean, well stocked family rental.

House was exactly as listed, very clean, central location and well stocked with everyday items( paper towels, cleaning supplies, towels, etc). The neighborhood tennis court and basketball court are walking distance from the house and were well used by the family.

Lovely Stay

I was a bit apprehensive about staying at this house after I had booked it. The reason was because once booked, I received a list of rules and regulations regarding my pet staying at the house. It was so restrictive and full of "don'ts" that I worried the entire time prior to the visit and also during the stay. The house was incredibly beautiful and clean but I made sure that every spot and smell was documented and brought to Beverly's attention so my pet was not blamed. I understand the bad behavior of a few prior pet owners can ruin it for the rest but I've never dealt with such restrictions before. If you plan on bringing your pet, be sure to ask to see the pet policy before you commit. Otherwise, the place was LOVELY!! The location was perfect, the furnishings were tasteful and the beds so comfy. I LOVED how thorough she was with her binder full of suggestions regarding the local restaurants, hangouts and attractions. And she was spot on regarding the restaurants. Be sure to read the binder and follow her suggestions...you won't go wrong. Everything in the house was labeled, which is a huge plus since most people put stuff back willy nilly and you spend much of your time trying to find what you need. She even has a full cabinet dedicated to the items you bring. Even with the restrictions regarding my pet, I'd stay again. If you love cleanliness, responsiveness by the owner, orderliness and an owner who cares whether you enjoy your stay, you'll want to stay here.

Beautiful home

Great house with any and all amenities. Kitchen was fully loaded with nice equipment and all cleaning products needed. Property was in quiet neighborhood but a little too far from beach for a walk but close to community pool and playground. Bike trails and trolley were the way to go. Beds were also really nice and good quality linens. Overall really satisfied with experience and vacation! Thank you for a wonderful week.
