334 Breakers is a beachfront condo on Hilton Head Island with stunning ocean views! This condo sleeps 6 and offers an ocean and pool view from the patio, Coligny beach access just steps away and plenty of activities nearby for the entire family! This condo is located on the 3rd floor and can be accessed via stairs or elevator. The elevator is conveniently located down the hall but far enough away that you do not hear any of the noise! This condo is great for families with a door that separates the bedroom from the living area. The bedroom features a king-sized bed, flat screen smart TV and plenty of storage for your belongings!

As guests walk further into the condo, the washer and dryer are located on the left outside of the bathroom. The bathroom features a shower/tub combo and closes off from the bedroom. Just down the hallway is the built-in bunk beds with 2 twin-sized beds. They are perfectly located so everyone has privacy.

The living room features a queen-sized sleeper sofa, dining table that extends for additional seating and kitchen. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances with granite countertops and 2 barstools for additional seating. Guests can relax and watch TV or head out to the balcony to take in the spectacular ocean views.

The balcony features a table for 2, beach chairs and overlooks the pool/ocean view. This community offers a pool and kiddie pool for guests! Just steps from the pool guests have private community beach access to Coligny Beach! Showers are conveniently located on the boardwalk for guests to rinse off before heading back to the condo. This condo location truly is the best and one of the closest in the community to the beach.

There were a few hick ups with the unit, but were addressed expeditiously. All in all it was a good stay. Any time spent at the beach is great.

The lock mechanism on the sliding door to the porch was broken and the door locked automatically behind me. This happened twice before someone came to "fix" it, which was to leave it unlocked at all times. He left pliers for us to adjust if it happened again. A part on the washing machine came off after one use, making it unusable until someone else came to fix it. The bathroom sink drain didn't work well, and the refrigerator produced water that pooled on the top shelf and dripped down. Other notes, there is not an icemaker or ice cube trays. No oven, but used the air fryer, so that was fine. Great location. Good pool. I appreciated the dishwasher and kitchen overall.

Great Stay

My husband and our 3 daughters stayed at the condo over the 4th of July. It was great being so close to the shops and restaurants, on the beach and pool access. Parking was difficult initially. There didn’t seem to be enough spots but we managed. The unit was clean and comfortable. We had one issue with the faucet not working and we called and they were out within 2 hours and had it fixed. Great service. We would stay again.

It is what it is

The Breakers is situated in an excellent location. It is highly walkable and there are lots of local shops, businesses, and beaches nearby. The villa itself is just a bit too small, and a bit too quirky. Even for two people. There is a view of the ocean, but it does not look like the view that is advertised. In reality, there is a stairway that partially obstructs the view of both the ocean and the pool. The rental agency could have been a bit more thorough. Nothing we could not or did not overcome, but they could have provided better customer service. Overall, our stay was "okay."

Perfect get away for couples/ small families

Property is in an excellent location. Communication was superb. The only downfalls are the sliding glass door takes the strength of 2 grown men to shut all the way, there is no ironing board and the fridge leaks. All easily fixable items. Value for money was outstanding. Condo was clean and the little care packages were a thoughtful and appreciated touch. Would definitely stay again.

Great Location

Second time staying at the Breakers. We love the proximity to the beach, shops and restaurants. Condos are small but great for 2 adults and maybe 2 children. Pool was good. Deep 8ft end seems a waste, would be better if more people could stand in a shallower area. Nice to have security guards with cameras. Elevator was very convenient. Our condo was well equipped. Floor was a little dirty on arrival, but not sure you can ever get rid of all the sand! Sliding glass door was very hard to open and close, but sure it was due to the weather as well. Overall, great place to stay. We will certainly go back!

Nice, Clean, Convenient Property

This property was clean, convenient and as described in the listing. It is small, but well furnished and has everything one would need. It is located a short walk from the beach and within walking distance of shopping and dining. I thought the pool would be larger, but, it was clean and close to the room. The condo building is older, but, is in a good location, well maintained and has security in the parking lot. We enjoyed our stay.

We left after one night


Property description was misleading. Definitely not worth the rental price. Condo did not have a single closet, so clothes had to be hung on about a dozen mismatched hooks along one wall. No closet also meant broom and duster were also hanging along one wall. Toilet roll was on floor because there was no toilet roll holder in bathroom. The “dining table” that could be extended was a tiny table that once extended could seat 4 at most — except that there were only 2 dining chairs (In a condo advertised to sleep 6.) Everything was old and worn and felt dirty. I don’t need to go further. Suffice it to say that we left after the first night, checked into a hotel, and never returned. Awful!
