3BD PDunes GOLF & POOL off back deck! Beach access

The Sunnyside of Life Retreat is the ideal location to feel both inspired and relaxed while creating timeless memories! Our peaceful 3 BR, 2.5 BA villa is located in the heart of HHI in the premier oceanfront resort community of Palmetto Dunes. There are 3 miles of pristine beach within a 10 minute walk, 3 signature golf courses, a top 50 tennis center in the world (with 17 clay tennis courts/ 4 lighted), 24 dedicated pickleball courts, and a pool off the back deck (open April 1-Nov. 1)!
Our villa backs up to the Robert Trent Jones golf course/Top Flight Driving Range, Big Jim's Restaurant, and the pool, and has a stylish vibe with comfortable furnishings and a great view from our deck. We offer 2 bedrooms with King Beds and 1 bedroom with 4 twin bunk beds. We also have a Pack N Play available-please bring your own linens for the Pack N Play. We are steps from the pool, and a short walk/bike ride or free "Dunes Buggy" ride to the beach!
Palmetto Dunes and HHI's trails are ideal for biking, with more than 50 miles of paved bike paths that lead all over the island. Shelter Cove, right across from Palmetto Dunes, is a spectacular outdoor shopping and entertainment center, and has a dedicated bike path from Palmetto Dunes. There is a Kroger grocery store right there as well. Palmetto Dunes also has a great General Store that offers breakfast/lunch and snacks, as well as 2 other full-service restaurants within walking distance! We've also got a fully stocked kitchen if you feel like cooking at home!
We include 2 parking passes, which is the limit allowed for our unit. We also include 5 beach chairs, a wagon, and an umbrella for a perfect day at the beach!
