Welcome to 56 Folly Field Road, a newly renovated four bedroom home located on the fifth row in Folly Field Beach! This home has the "wow" factor! You will be greeted by the expansive front porch with double porch swings on this one-story beauty.

Just through the front door is a wide entry way with a hall tree to kick off your shoes and place in one of the bins. To the right of the entry way is the double bunk room with plenty of storage for games, clothes, and the kids' gear. Down the hall to the left of the entry way are the three remaining bedrooms, all with their own TVs and three bathrooms.

The first bedroom on the left of the hallway is the first master with a queen bed, 32" SMART TV and its own newly tiled bathroom with a double shower, double vanity, and plenty of storage. The second bedroom on the left of the hallway also has a queen bed and 32" SMART TV. The second master is at the end of the hallway and boasts a king size bed, 55" SMART TV and has its own bathroom with a subway tiled shower and double vanity. The brand new LG high energy stacked washer and dryer are in the hallway. The hallway guest bath has just been retiled with subway tile in the spacious shower and has a skylight.

The front door entry way also leads into the spacious living area with cathedral ceilings and sky lights, 62" SMART TV and opens to the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen showcases a large island and brand new stainless appliances, including a gas range. The dining area is surrounded by windows and has one door that leads to the parking area and one door that leads to the back porch and private pool. Off the living area and kitchen is another door leading to the back porch and private pool area. Enjoy the large yard, lounge furniture, pool, hot tub, grill and outside dining area as well as the garage that has been converted into a game room with foosball, Ping-Pong, a high top bar, TV, and refrigerator. The private pool and/or hot tub can be heated for an additional cost and are heated by propane.

This will surely be the house you come to year after year to make many Hilton Head vacation memories with your family and friends.

Perfect house, close to the beach.

The house is a great place to stay when vacationing in Hilton Head. The house had everything we needed for our stay. The fenced in backyard, pool with spa, and game room was perfect for our family and especially our border collie chasing ball on the clean astroturf grass. Would highly recommend the property.

Beautiful property close to the beach

Our family enjoyed our fall holiday staying at the Folly Field property. The outdoor space is a tranquil oasis, and the entire vacation could be spent in the pool or lounging on the outdoor couches or tree swing. The beach is walking distance, just minutes away. One of the many bike trains is just outside the home and great for biking, walking or running. The property agents responded quickly to questions we had from the initial booking through the end. It was a seamless check-in/check-out process, giving us every second to relax and enjoy. I would recommend this property.

Nice location and home, but...

A very nice, roomy property at a good location. The house handled our six adults and four children with ease. Unfortunately, the house was overdue for a very deep cleaning. The AC air return in the living room and bathroom fans were all caked with layers of grime. The living room mantle was coated in dust. When I ran my finger over the top of the refrigerator door, it came away black. Most of the pillows needed to be replaced. The hardwood floors needed a good wet Swiffer taken to them. We were warned the day we arrived that the AC condensate line had clogged and leaked into the hallway, leaving the ceiling a mess. The exterior of the house could use a good power washing or painting, including the front porch. The heater for the pool and hot tub was broken the entire week. The windows and skylights were filthy. Although the game room had nice amenities, it also need a deep cleaning. The top of the refrigerator and floor were filthy and the room had a very musty odor. The roof to the game room was loaded with dead leaves and broken limbs. All in all, we have a good trip, but our family felt that at this property was definitely over priced.

We loved the house and location.

Quick and easy process to rent. We had our family there including 2 dogs. Fenced in yard was perfect. Had a couple maintenance issues but the property manager was quick to respond. Short walk to beach was nice.

Wedding Week Stay

Overall, the property was great. When we arrived the pool was very dirty from a storm and cloudy from being shocked with chlorine. There was confusion about heating of the pool, which is also the same heating system of the hot tub. So you have to pay to heat both or none at all. I feel like this should have been clearly indicated in the description because when you list hot tub, one would assume it would always be hot! There were a few other small issues, the dryer did not work and coffee machine broke. Those issues were addressed. Overall was a great house to stay in. Very clean and nicely decorated

Just what I was looking for

I was looking for a place that was close to the beach and golf. It also had to have a place to chill out and relax. With the pool and hotub, 56 Folly Field was fantastic. The garage/funroom was great place to watch football and play games. The house was in immaculate condition and very clean. It worked very well for friends long weekend in Hilton Head.
