Are you looking for a place to stay in Palmetto Dunes on Hilton Head? Check out 643 Queens Grant - a beautiful 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom villa with a high vaulted ceiling and a private paver patio. Recently renovated and furnished with new decor, this condo will make you feel right at home. The primary bedroom and guest bedroom both feature king beds. And If you need extra sleeping space, there's also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The shared bathroom has been updated with a shower and tub combo.

You'll have access to Queen's Grant's on-site pools, open from April to September, and the beach is just a 10-15 minute walk away. Villa in Queens Grant

Absolutely loved our stay at this condo. It was centrally located in Palmetto Dunes - close to the golf course, Shelter Cover and Beach! Condo was very clean. Kitchen had everything we needed. The owner even had a Weber Grill which we used on a daily basis! Relaxing time! Definately would recommend this Condo for extended stays.On a non-positive note: The parking was horrendous! Spaces were very small & if you didn't get back in the evening before 8 PM, you had to park elsewhere in other lots and walk to the Condo. Not the owners fault! Queens Grant needs to address this issue .

Mostly pleased

We enjoyed this property overall and it was a good bargain. The kitchen and living room were perfectly fine, and the TV had plenty of channels (and March Madness games). The bed was as comfy (good mattress) and that was a big win. The lone bathroom was a disappointment because of some basic plumbing neglect: 1) the shower drained poorly, 2) the toilet tank didn't refill unless you remembered to manually adjust the handle after flushing, and 3) the shower lever was hard to pull to the "on" position. I suspect these issues were known to the owner (the shower could not have been cleaned without the hard to pull handle and poor drainage being obvious; same with toilet cleaning). At the price we paid, we would have rated it 5/5 stars if these concerns had been addressed. As it was, 4/5 is the right rating. Regarding parking, we had to park in another section of condos 2 nights because all parking spaces were taken when we returned from a late dinner. However, this was a minor inconvenience and a mere 1 minute walk. This is likely why the parking spaces are as narrow as any I've seen.
