PROPERTY REMINDERS âą Pets are not allowed âą Garage Access âą Pool Heat *Gas heat available for $675 plus tax for the week (March-October) and $1,000 plus tax for the week (November - February). An Electric Heat Pump can be used to heat the pool from April - September for an additional fee of $300 plus tax per week, as it only heats the pool 20 degrees warmer than the lowest outdoor temperature. Spa Heat* is gas heat and can be heated for an additional $225 + weekly tax. (NOT INCLUDED WITH POOL HEAT) âą * 4 adult unisex bikes and beach wagon are included in your amenity fee when booking. Not included with rentals over 21 nights.
We have rented many houses, I don't understand in HH why they don't supply basics, like trash bags, paper towels. You want us to take the trash out, but yet don't supply trash bags.
This is our 3rd year staying here, perfect for the entire family including 3grandkids. The bedrooms are big enough and all connected to a bathroom. The kitchen is large, we cook in most nights. This is the nicest pool weâve had in a rental, large and deep enough. Itâs a very short walk out to the beach. Highly recommend.
We had a wonderful experience at this property. The views are outstanding, the house was clean and well maintained, and the neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. Would absolutely recommend.
We had a great time at the beach! This house is great in many ways. We rented this last year also for our group family vacation. The pool is awesome! Itâs quite large for a private pool. My kids lived in there all day every day! The hot tub is nice. You have to pay extra for heat, which in my opinion is ridiculous. Donât advertise a hot tub if you wonât heat it! Itâs just a tub at that point. Not a huge deal but irritating.
The property was really clean when we arrived. It had a very clean, disinfected smell when we walked in, which is a good thing in my opinion.
The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils which is always so nice! That is not always the case in rentals. Beach towels were provided which is also a nice extra.
We had an issue with the elevator. It was not working when we arrived and it was not repaired while we were there. We called many times and were told they canât get a company to come out to service it. I understand that, however, on our end itâs very frustrating. We specifically picked that house because it had an elevator because we had several people in our group who have trouble with stairs. We made do but it was not ideal.
The fridge was constantly leaking. We had to leave a towel on the floor to avoid a puddle. It leaks from the top so water drops down and gets the food all wet. Again, it a huge deal but irritating.
The cold water handle in the master bathroom did not work and the blinds in the kitchen did not work and was being held up by a fish hook.
Overall, this house is pretty good. None of the things that happened are terrible but I guess we just expected everything to be in working order given the price. Next year we will most likely choose a different house.
We really enjoyed our time spent here. We had 11 people with us and the house never felt crowded. The location is great! The house was very clean and in really great condition. Many rentals are somewhat worn down and weathered and this house was not at all. They even provided beach towels to use during our stay which was such a nice bonus! We loved that it had a sitting area with a couch in the kitchen. It was nice for the adults to sit there and talk while the kiddos watched TV in the living room.
The pool was awesome! It was very large and could accommodate our large group nicely. My kids spent most of the vacation in the pool! We found a small amount of pool toys/noodles/floats in the garage that was an added bonus.
The only negative we have is that it requires a parking pass and we were only allowed 3 and we had 4 cars. It was annoying to have to switch the passes between the cars and several times it was forgotten and someone had to go meet them at the gate. The listing says the driveway can accommodate 4 cars so we felt that 4 passes should have been allowed. However this was such a small thing, hardly worth a mention, but nice info to have for others that have more than 3 vehicles.
We definitely recommend this house and hope to rent it again in the future!
One of the best of many homes weâve rented. Spotless, recently updated, perfect layout. Very large private pool and hot tub. Easy access to the beach. Many large windows with gorgeous views of the ocean
The location was excellent. For a property of this value there were more than a few shortcoomings, however, The gas grill was not operational. Televisions were very outdated with difficult to discern methods of working-the master was rokued into the cable and this made things ackward, The roku was scotch taped to the tv set-bought velcro to fix this. I've never seen a pool with tile surfacing-made the pool a bit dangerous to get in and out. Water pressure was influenced by uses of more than one source-outdoor hose caused loss of pressure in upstairs shower. Drain in upstairs shower slow-we fixed this. I've rented in Hilton Head multiple times in the 90s, lesser properties but never this many easily remedied issues. As to the logistics part-I did give very high ratings. Operationally for a 15k rental week this left a lot to be desired.
Awesome vacation. Great views from living area, kitchen/dining area, and master bedroom. The best part was the view from the covered deck with table for meals and views from spa (which was on the deck rather than pool level). The pool was fantastic: we felt protected on windy days and it was huge for a private pool. Wi-Fi could have been stronger but honestly a near perfect vacation home.
Our family of 12 definitely enjoyed our stay in Hilton Head. We had 4 families and the accommodations were perfect for each family. We loved the porch and the kids enjoyed the pool and the beach. We hope to return soon.
