Brand New November 2019 renovated town home with gorgeous kitchen and baths directly next to Sea Turtle Market place, grocery shopping, movie theater. Coffee next door. Beach only 5 minutes away and Shelter Cove Marketplace 2 miles. Restaurants 1 block away. Great and Large place to stay for those looking to be near the beach and shopping. This is located within a residential community but perfectly placed near everything Hilton Head has to offer.

Voyage en famille avec de jeunes enfants
Points faibles : PropretĂ©, commoditĂ©s et Ă©tat et installations de l’hĂ©bergement.
Warning to all!! Property manager never sent instructions to get in. She wouldn't answers calls, texts or emails. We were left looking for a place to stay! VRBO was no help! I'll be calling my bank tomorrow to get the payment reversed!!

Weekend Getaway

Overall a very pleasant stay! My boyfriend and I thought the place was just like the online listing. A nicely renovated space with access to a pool and small play ground. It was close enough to a variety of different shops, restaurants, and beaches. The neighborhood itself was very quite however it is located right across from the airport. Due to this you can hear planes taking off and landing. It is bearable thought not to loud. If you do happen to have adjacent neighbors it is possible that you will hear them through the walls. One again not a big deal not that loud.

I WOULDN'T LET MY DOG SLEEP HERE!!

I never received check in instructions from the property manager. When I begin calling and texting her, she refused my calls and wouldn’t reply to a text, even though her read receipts were turned on and messages were read. I was without lodging the first night due to this. When I finally gained access to this unit, the conditions were disgusting. NOT AS PICTURED!! Paint was peeling off the walls. The condo smelled of heavy spice. The door itself looked as if someone had tried to break in by prying the door. Vagrants were walking the parking lot. We had to seek alternate lodging for our entire trip and the owner refused a refund even though I sent pictures and explained what we had encountered upon our arrival. Bottom line
.UNSAFE AND DISGUSTING. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!

June getaway

Complex can be easily missed due to trees in the way of the condo sign. The place was nice although you there were some nitpicks. The door for the washer and dryer needs to be fixed. The dryer works but is very loud probably needs a new drum. Also the property is right in the landing pattern for the airport so you will hear the plans. They also need to replace the battery for the door lock.

Beautiful Weather Condo Adequate

Older apartment like community. Condiments included salt and pepper. Very inexpensive thin towels. Dryer still has belt off. Is loud and takes a long time to dry. Towel rack in bath upstairs still comes off wall. Light bulbs out in living area. Patio area appears has not been cleaned this year. Grill had ashes from prior guest. On the up side, I had concerns about using my phone to lock and unlock door. It worked great. There are dishes, silver and pots and pans. Area in Hilton Head has everything you could need. Beach was nice and many stores located near by.

Convenient Location

The condo was newly renovated & convenient to the beach (7 minutes away) - Driessen Beach was the best since it had a boardwalk all the way to the sand. The condo needs minor repair - upstairs bathroom needs attention (towel rack fell off on first day, toilet seat was not attached, light over one of the vanities stayed off more than on). There is a washer/dryer in the unit which was excellent - dryer needs minor repair. It is very loud when in use (needs a new belt) & it takes 2 cycles for each load before clothes are dry. A/C did not run in the evenings so it was warm in upstairs bedrooms even tho fans were in use. I am certain that the owner will address these few minor things. It was super convenient to restaurants, beaches, grocery stores & shopping outlets.
