Additional sleeping arrangements include a queen-size sofa sleeper in the living room and two cozy bunk beds in the hallway, ideal for small children.

Enjoy breathtaking oceanfront views from your private balcony, located just off the living room, where you can unwind and soak in the coastal beauty.

Located on the south end of Hilton Head Island along South Forest Beach Drive, Seaside Villas is a prime oceanfront property situated approximately 70 yards from the beach. You’ll also be just a short stroll from Coligny Plaza, offering a variety of shops, dining options, and entertainment.

Incredible view! Awesome location!

This condo was perfect for our young family. We enjoyed the beach every day and relaxed on the Lanai in the evenings. It is very conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping. We ventured the island each and everyday. My kids enjoyed the beach at night looking for all kinds of wildlife and sea creatures. The beds were comfortable and the place was perfect for our family beach vacation.

Beach getaway

Great location! Great ocean view! Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Being able to check in 2 and 1/2 hr early was a real surprise! Wish that could happen every vacation. Only 1 issue... The couch was very uncomfortable.

It had a beautiful view to the beach. Overall it was a nice place. The bedroom did not stay cool and the A/C air did not reach in there. The bathroom door did not close from the inside. The kitchen was nice and there was plenty of space. Updated well.

Inadequate ac

Hope you don’t go when it’s hot . Like summer vacation . There is one very small ac unit on balcony designed for a efficiency hotel room not a condo with a separate bedroom. The bedroom is easily 80 degrees at bedtime vs the living room being 68. Do not rent this condo in any hot month you will be miserable at night unless you sleep in the rocking chair next to the ac unit in the living room / dining room/ kitchen . Not to owners : Spend my week rental money and get an ac unit for the bedroom . Horrible experience

Seaside Villa

This could be a fantastic rental with a few upgrades. First and foremost, the lock on the door was so difficult that we struggled to get in every time we left. Once inside, the view is amazing! However, the items inside feel dated and well used—and the kitchen could use some additional supplies for guests who like to cook. Overall, this is a fine place to stay especially for a shorter stay on HHI.

Amazing view property needs updating

Property is in a great location, view is Impeccable but condo needs updating. Inadequate Not as described Inadequate pots and pans to cook a meal, no cookie sheet Condo was dirty when we arrived, had to call Property manager to have it cleaned. Still wasn’t properly cleaned. Stove burners dirty still and food and trash under couch and beds, dried food stuck to couch. Dirty- under beds , couch fan blades had an inch of dust on them. Hot in the bedroom needs a new AC unit to cool the whole unit - had to use two fans to circulate cold air to bedroom Needs towel rack on balcony to hang Floors need area rugs to save on sand Bedroom fan an inch of dust Vinyl floor coming up with water under it in kitchen area.

Dirty

Needs a deep cleaning. Housekeeping did a marginal surface level cleaning but overall was filthy. A clump of hair had been thrown in the toilet and left by housekeeping as well as dirty silverware in the dishwasher . The floor was dirty. Silverware drawer was discusting (I Cleaned after rewashing all the silverware ). The owner needs to come and do extensive cleaning that includes the hard to reach places. The ceiling fan has inches of dust on top. The couch is stained, the list goes on and on. Very disappointed. We ended up leaving a day early.
