Beach cottage steps from the beach and just 1 mile from Coligny Plaza!

The main house sleeps up to 8 guests. You can extend to up to 12 guests by adding the separate 1-bed/1-bath apartment on the property that sleeps 4 - please inquire (additional fee).

Main cottage features a fully equipped kitchen, living room with plenty of seating, and dining room. There is a king bedroom, a queen bedroom and a bunk room with twin bunk beds and a full-size fold out sofa bed. There are two bathrooms both with showers (no tubs). A larger bathroom is accessible in the hallway and through the king bedroom. The second bathroom is a bit smaller and is accessible from the queen bedroom. Towels, hair dryers, soap, shampoo/conditioner are provided.

The 1-bed apt. features a fully equipped kitchen/dining combo and living room with a queen-size pull-out sofa bed. The bedroom has a king bed. Bathroom is accessible from the bedroom.

On a quiet, dead-end street, it’s perfect for kids with front and back porches and fenced in yard. Only one mile from Coligny Plaza and Celebration Park, it's well-located to restaurants, shops, and activities, and is the ultimate launch point for biking and exploring Sea Pines and the rest of the island.
