Beach Happy!-Nice ocean view Hilton Head Villa

Top-floor villa with private east-facing ocean views and afternoon shade! Cozy and affordable, featuring a queen bed with smart TV, two small bunks (with a privacy door), and a queen sleeper sofa. Enjoy central air, fast WiFi, two smart TVs, and a fully stocked kitchen ready for home-cooked meals. Direct beach access onsite and just a short walk to Coligny Plaza, shops, restaurants, and entertainment. The Lowcountry Celebration Park is right across the street and is a great place for the kiddos as well as adults, lots of great bands and activities throughout the year.
Seaside is a gated-oceanfront complex in the heart of Hilton Head's main beach, but just far enough that the beach is not overcrowded. We are about 2 blocks from Coligny Plaza and Lowcountry Celebration Park.

Property offers: Pool, Beach showers, Sundeck and BBQ/Picnic area onsite. Gated Beach access in the middle of the property.

As longtime Hilton Head locals, we've been owning and renting condos here since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and personally manage a few others, ensuring top-notch hospitality. Living on the island means we're always nearby if you need anything—or just a great restaurant recommendation!

We have many great streaming apps included such as HBO, Max basic, ESPN, Disney+, Hulu, Fox One, AMC+, and Peacock.

Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.

Getaway at Hilton Head

Perfect getaway

My husband and i rarely get to take vacation time so when we do, we wanna relax. We did just that in this villa. It had a beautiful ocean view and was literally steps to the beach. We loved the gated access and we felt very safe. Conveniently located near everything you need!!! We will visit again!!!

Weekend Getaway!

My husband and I enjoyed a much needed weekend getaway! The view of the ocean was great and the condo was just right! It was clean and comfy! Sea Side Villas was a very nice, private, quiet gated complex. Very secure! There were even codes on the gates for beach access. Kendall was always quick to respond to any questions! We both highly recommend “Beach Happy”!!

Love Seaside Villas

We love the convenience of staying at Seaside Villas. It's only a couple minutes walk to reach the beach. Coligny is close by and the pirate ship park is across the street. The condo owner was great with communication through out the stay. I left my prescription sunglasses when I checked out and she was kind enough to ship them to me!!

The condo is small as stated. There were areas in the cono that could have used updating. One being the EXTREMELY uncomfortable couch. Our only intent was to hang out at the beach but on the days where it rained you were forced to lay in the bed because of the way the couch sat. And a bigger tv would have been nice as well.

Small but very close to the beach

This was fine for 3 people but anymore would be cramped. The room was clean and there is a view of the ocean. The walk to the beach was no problem at all this is why we came and the beach was nice, even the stingrays and jellyfish must be careful!!

Great Couples Retreat

My husband and I stayed at the property for my birthday weekend and it was perfect for us! The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The hosts were very gracious and we appreciated their hospitality. It’s in a great location on the beach with a beautiful ocean view. We were really happy with everything and would recommend staying here and would stay here again!

Fantastic Stay!

My husband and I has a short trip to HHI to celebrate our 17th wedding anniversary. The host was amazing. She was very helpful and quick to respond. She had us a sweet anniversary gift waiting for us when we arrived The condo was spotless clean, and bed was super comfortable. Everything was perfect. The check in process was a little tricky. Had to pick up a check in packet at a different location. Other than that our stay was flawless. Definitely recommend staying here and highly recommend the host Kendall. We will definitely be coming back this summer.
