Upon entering this first-floor gem, you will encounter a beautifully furnished and decorated open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one. Whip up memorable homemade meals and treats for the crew in the well-appointed kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. It has all the essentials, including dishware, flatware, utensils, pots, pans, wine glasses, combined Keurig/drip coffee maker, blender, garbage disposal, and toaster. The adjoining dining table is ideal for family meals and board game nights. Retreat to the living room where you will discover inviting sofas and a 55-inch smart TV and spread out comfortably. The living area opens onto a private balcony with a bar-height café table, chairs, and a wicker loveseat. Sleeping arrangements include a main suite with cable TV and an en suite bathroom, and a second bedroom with bunk beds and a smart TV. Additional perks include four beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach toys, and a cart.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
