Southwind II is located within minutes of the beach access in Shipyard, The Shipyard Golf Club, and Van Der Meer Tennis. Enjoy the lowcountry charm of Shipyard with its winding lagoons and towering pines. Southwind II amenities include a community pool, playground, picnic area with grills. There is plenty of space in this charming two-bedroom villa. Its vaulted ceilings add to this open floorplan with the kitchen overlooking the dining and living areas. The well-appointed kitchen with abundant counterspace, granite countertops, and breakfast bar open to the dining area make a great place to cook, eat, and congregate. The living room features 75" Smart TV and a sleeper sofa with doors to the large deck where you can enjoy a cup of coffee with scenic golf, lagoon, or forest preserve views as a backdrop to start your day.
