Enjoy the lowcountry charm of Shipyard with its winding lagoons and towering pines. Southwind II amenities include a community pool, playground, picnic area with grills. There is plenty of space in this charming two-bedroom villa. Its vaulted ceilings add to this open floorplan with the kitchen overlooking the dining and living areas. The well-appointed kitchen with abundant counterspace, granite countertops, and breakfast bar open to the dining area make a great place to cook, eat, and congregate. The living room features 75" Smart TV and a sleeper sofa with doors to the large deck where you can enjoy a cup of coffee with scenic golf, lagoon, or forest preserve views as a backdrop to start your day.
