Charming 3 bedroom Townhouse. Renovated in 2024 with New Kitchen, Flooring, and Walk In Shower on 1st Level. This hidden gem is just a short walk to the beach and 50 yards to the on-site pool. Primary Bedroom on 2nd Floor has a King Bed and upstairs Guest Bedroom has a Queen Bed each. Each bedroom has their own bath. 1st Floor Primary has a Queen Bed with adjacent bath and Walk In Shower. Lots of Windows create the feel of light and airy rooms. Private back porch has a secluded tree line deck with an electric grill. Enjoy miles of bike paths and sandy beaches to spend your sunny days exploring the island. The Forest Beach area is packed with shopping, restaurants & activities. This complex at Ocean Breeze is further down the beach and more secluded from the hustle and bustle of Coligny but close enough that you can still enjoy all of the amenities including the new Low Country Celebration Park. Ideal for couples, family & friends.

Great stay! Perfect location to the beach and pool. Condo was as described and very clean. The property management company gave us a 250 credit to use toward beach gear. We used for bikes that were delivered and picked up from the condo. This was completely unexpected and a very nice perk! The kitchen was fully equipped- wish there was grill utensils though. Would stay again.

Ladies’ Trip

We absolutely LOVED our stay at Ocean Breeze 99!!! It was three of us and we each had our own bedroom and bathroom! We also had our own tvs in each of the bedrooms. It was spacious and had all the amenities needed for a great stay. The location was ideal for the area we wanted to explore which was Coligny Beach and Harbor Town. Would definitely recommend this accommodation and we plan to come back in the near future!!!

Summer vacation with family.

We had a wonderful stay! The unit is spacious and was able to easily accommodate our family of six which includes my husband, myself, three teenage daughters and our nine year-old daughter. The pool is super close and was never crowded. Our girls went to the pool everyday. Other residents in the community are friendly. It’s a nice short walk to the beach. And we couldn’t ask for anything more and we would look forward to staying again. Thank you!

Family Getaway

This was a great place to stay! Very close to to the beach. (We love to ride bikes) It’s a short bike ride. Everything we needed close by. We had no problems with any part of our accommodations. We will try to book here again!

Happy with our stay

Great location, has been painted downstairs and updated a little since the pictures so I was pleasantly surprised. Had everything we needed and took bikes daily to the beach. My only complaint is that the rugs smelled and had pee stains on them. I guess that’s to be expected with a dog friendly rental. We put them all in the closet until we left
problem solved. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice townhouse

Location is great and the condo was spacious and nice. The only issue is the heating. We were there during the Christmas freeze and the heat pump could not keep up with the very cold temps. The upstairs was comfortable, but the downstairs rooms were very cold our first couple of days there. We drove all over looking for a space heater, but all the stores were sold out of them!

The rental was great and had extra accommodations such as linens, towels, and blankets. There was also beach accessories for the children to play with as well. The staff was excellent and very helpful when I had an issue with the construction that was going on with the roof and all, Monday morning. After I called and spoke to a lady in the office, she was able to get back to me that afternoon concerning the timeline of the construction. The good news is that we never heard the hammering and sawing after that, so, all in all great stay. The rental is about a mile or so away from the beach and the public parking is right around the corner in front of the main stores.

Condo is accurately represented online- very clean, quiet, and a quick walk to the beach. Check in staff have additional way finding information which was helpful and parking was easy and very close and convenient. Kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. Condo kitchen, bathrooms are slightly dated but cost and other positive factors mentioned outweigh that. Would stay here again!

Great Stay; Just as Advertised

We have not been to HH for several years as we normally go to Pawleys Island/Litchfield. We came to support son and daughter-in-law run the Marathon. We stayed all week, they stayed 2 nights. Condo was very clean, updated and fully stocked in the kitchen. Path to beach was very convenient. All in all, exactly as advertised. We would definitely stay in this unit again.

Great location & cozy condo

This condo had everything we needed for a great week in Hilton Head. The bedrooms were spacious and and the beds were comfortable. My 4 & 6 year old loved having their own bathroom, and especially loved the shark bedding in their room. The first floor bedroom and bathroom was great for my parents. We brought my furry friend who enjoyed his stay as well. The walk to the beach was 10 - 15 minutes and very easy. We walked once, but then rode our bikes the other times. The pool right across the parking lot was great. There were never more than a couple of families at the pool at any given time, and the pool never felt crowded. The condo had everything needed to cook although there were some mismatched lids with the cookware. This was not a big deal though, and we were able to make do with everything we could find. The kitchen knives were sharp and all the appliances worked as expected. We did lots of laundry and the washer & dryer on the second floor worked fine. The place was clean, and my only suggestion would be to wash or replace the bath mats (with exception of the kids bathroom, which looked new) which appeared dirty. We laid towels down on top of them, so not a huge deal. Overall a great stay at a comfortable condo in a great location!
