Community pool and tennis court included!



The heart of the home is in the open concept living room, kitchen and dining room with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the outdoor living spaces. Take in the lush, wooded views from the expansive deck as you relax with your morning cup of joe. You'll find a gas grill and plenty of seating for family cookouts or a perfect place to relax and unwind. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for putting together a picnic basket for the beach or a delicious meal to serve at the dining table. The spacious open plan is fitted with welcoming furnishings that make it so easy to curl up with a good book or host a family movie or game night.



Also, on the main floor are two of the bedrooms. The first is a queen bedroom and the second is the expansive kid's room with 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds and a full-size sleeper sofa, plenty of space to run around in and an oversized flat screen tv for movies or gaming. These bedrooms share a bathroom located just outside the queen bedroom entrance. On the second level you will find the 2 additional bedrooms. These are the primary king suite with en suite bathroom and the 1 king bed suite with twin day bed and trundle and its own en suite bathroom.

Will it be a round of golf, a stroll to the Shops at Sea Pines or South Beach, fun at the beach, maybe biking the many scenic trails? Be sure to take time for stargazing at the beach. * Sea Pines is a gated community in which every vehicle must have a gate pass for entry. One gate pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you require additional passes, please request the exact number needed to ensure they are prepared in advance. Each pass has a fee of $35. All gate passes must be picked up at the host2coast office prior to entry. **MAX 3 CARS ALLOWED and must be parked in the driveway only.

There are recommendations for bike rental companies within your Guest App. You can reserve in advance and they will deliver to you or bring your own! Almost everything you will need is within walking distance, so bring your walking shoes! Sea Pines provides a complimentary seasonal trolley service that helps guests and residents travel around the resort without using a car. The trolley connects major destinations such as Harbour Town, the Sea Pines Beach Club, South Beach Marina, and The Shops at Sea Pines Center, making it easy to access beaches, dining, and shopping throughout the community.
