PLEASE NOTE:
- Mandatory one-time fees include resort fee of US$150 (plus tax), a management fee of USD $99, community fee of $99 and cleaning fee of $175 per reservation taken at the time of booking.

- To check-in, bring your valid government-issued photo ID or passport to the front desk in the lobby. The minimum age required to check-in is 25 years old.

- Office Hours: Sat - 2 PM to 8 PM | Sun 10 AM to 5 PM | Mon-Fri 8 AM to 5 PM

- After Hours Check-In: Contact the office during business hours to receive Night Box code. Welcome packet will be in Night boxes located to the left of the office door, and will have key cards or code, directions to villa, car pass and other important information.
