Your stay at this Sea Pines condo lets you utilize the pool area, which overlooks the property's grills and clay tennis courts. Located on the island's south end, this villa is a short walk or drive to shopping and marinas.

This beachside property has direct access via private boardwalks to the sound side of Hilton Head Island. Calibogue Sound can be seen from all windows and is a great place to book a fishing charter. The South Beach Marina Village property offers access to manicured walkways and a shared pool, grill area, and tennis courts.

Your condo includes a large, fenced balcony with outdoor seating on the waterside and a smaller second balcony on the opposite side. The living areas of this condo feature ceramic tile flooring with an antique hickory finish, and you'll enjoy a well-appointed kitchen with granite countertops, a breakfast bar, and a large TV with basic cable. Both bedrooms also have TVs in addition to balcony access, and there is free WiFi throughout the condo.

Fantastic location and ocean views!

Exceeded expectations! The views are tremendous and the decor contemporary and gathering-friendly. Enjoyed an uncluttered sophisticated decor without kitschy beach paraphernalia:) The kitchen was well stocked and serveware contemporary/elegant. This unit does not have beach stuff or reserved condiments, so bring your own gear-not a problem for us, but others may want to bring beach towels/cookers, etc. Loved this place and will look to rent again. Best for 2 couple or 3friends-each bath has dual sinks-fantastic!!

Perfect family getaway

If you are looking for a beautiful condo with breathtaking nature views, this is the place! We saw dolphins and deer outside the unit everyday. It was lovely simply sitting on the balcony and taking in the view. The unit is right across the street from Salty Dog restaurant and South Beach Bike Rentals. An easy walk to both!

HORRIBLE

The AC was out for a 4 night stay. They sent a maintenance man every single day to fix it and it finally got fixed on my last 12 hours here. I can not get anyone to respond to me to get compensation. I book with vrbo alot and this has been my only horrible experience. NEVER BOOK WITH VACASA!

Needs an upgrade

Views: wonderful. The unit faces NW and overlooks Calibogue Sound and Daufuskie Island. Access to the beach; perfect. The complex is right on the water. The unit has good water pressure, hot water, solid WIFI, comfortable beds and furniture, etc. Nothing to complain about in that department. The vibe of this place is of an owner who put money into the unit as an investment about five or more years ago and has done nothing since to upgrade or replace. It also lacks the small touches of a unit that an owner actually uses – beach towels/chairs, games, tennis court access, etc. Much of the furniture and carpet is worn, The main TV has a light spot in the middle of the screen, most of the pots and pans wouldn’t sell at a garage sale, blistering paint in bathroom, water damage on wall and ceiling of bedroom, dishwasher smells, etc.. It’s a serviceable place but you are paying for the view and proximity to the beach. Vacasa manages the rental and did a good job with check-in, etc. My bottom line: an overpriced unit that needs an upgrade

Gorgeous Views but Needs Better Upkeeping

First, the views and proximity to the beach are fantastic. That is why you are paying a premium price. However, that being said, for the price there were some pretty major issues. We had 4 guests and only one of us could shower at a time in order to receive a warm shower. The dishwasher was in need of repair. Not running properly, seemed to be backed up and had some massive amounts of black sludge inside. It also smelled terrible so we had to switch to paper products because we were not comfortable eating off dishes from in there. There were Cheeto stains on a comforter in the guest room and a large stain on an arm chair in the main area (that we were hoping wasn't blood because it looked like it). We understand that we arrived towards the end of "busy season" and no unit is perfect. However, this is our 8th summer staying here and by far the most issues we have encountered. Vacasa was quick to respond but nothing was done to actually fix the root of the problem. Hopefully these can be fixed for future guests. We would stay in this condo complex again but may be looking for another unit in the future.

That View!!

The first thing we noticed was the view from this beautiful 4th floor condo! 5 minute walk to the Salty Dog, shops, etc. Large pool with plenty of seating. The beach was very relaxing and we were entertained daily by the dolphins and other marine life.

Perfect views!

This is a beautifully updated condo directly on the sound. We saw dolphins daily and the sunsets were incredible. It’s an easy walk to the shops at South Beach and the Salty Dog. We would absolutely stay here again.

Peaceful, stunning views, beautifully decorated, and clean!

The property was clean and beautifully decorated with just the right amount of special touches. The view was absolutely breathtaking with gorgeous sunsets. We were able to have delicious meals that were easy to prep in the well equipped kitchen. The best part was being able to dine outdoors on the spacious patio while watching deer, dolphins, bald eagles, cardinals, eastern blue birds, other species... and did I mention the sunset?!? My kids adored the special dishes shaped like fish, whales and shells, I believe it enhanced their dining experience and vacation. If I were to stay here again, I would bring my own meat thermometer and a whisk. The bed was way too soft and there were not extra pillow cases for the spare pillows. We managed by putting our t-shirts onthe pillows, which was an old college hack. A few days before we were to arrive I sent an email asking about parking passes, which I now know, you pick up at the Vacassa office before going to your rental. They responded to my email a few days after it was sent. Overall this rental is stunning and in a perfect location, we would definitely stay here again!

Great Location

Unit is in a great location; the complex is very quiet, even on a holiday week. Easy access to the beach right out back, also across the street from Salty Dog, super convenient. The complex could use carts of some kind to help with initial check in of belongings. Unit is gorgeous, top of the line renovation. Did find a fork and napkin in a bedroom drawer which kinda grossed me out, but it was clearly just missed; the rest of the unit was clean and orderly. Outdoor table great for dinner. Amazing sunsets daily. Check-in with Vacasa to get Sea Pines pass is kind of annoying - the office closes at 5PM and all the envelopes are put in a lock box in random order. The unit itself had a combination lock that worked well and it was very easy to come and go. Had a great week, and even during a busy week on the island we never felt crowded. Would definitely return to Property ID 1514675 !

Perfect Week Almost

We had a great time during our stay. The location is excellent and the weather was perfect. We were disappointed in the cleanliness but we were able to do a quick cleaning of our own. The refrigerator was not clean, surfaces of counters were sticky, switch plates and door handles were not clean and there was a large dead bug in one of the beds. There were also no wash cloths.

Excellent Property

We had a wonderful visit at Beachside Tennis. This unit is exactly as the description and pictures show. It’s beautiful and right on the beach. The views are breathtaking! The only thing is the hot water heater is extremely small and runs out of hot water super quick. You cannot take two showers at the same time bc you both will run out of hot water. Must plan ahead if more than one person needs a shower. Otherwise a perfect week and thank you!
