Huntington Villa, Close to Beach & Pool, On Broad Creek

Rates listed are the per night rate with the exception of December, January, and February, in which case the rate shown is the daily rate if you rented for the entire month. Weekly rates are available during that time if available. June through August the rental week runs Saturday to Saturday.

Our villa has been totally remodeled, finished in February, 2016. New flooring, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, furniture, fixtures, and appliances. All countertops in kitchen and bathrooms are granite. Come and visit one of the most desired vacation locations on the east coast, and stay in one of the most desired locations, Huntington Villas.

This beautifully laid-out, two-story villa is fully furnished and is located about 200 yards from the beach and only steps from the private heated pool that is for Huntington guests only. An open floor plan with a downstairs master bedroom with king-size bed, full shower, sits on Broad Creek waterway, an 11 mile interconnected waterway. Fishing and kayak boating in the waterway is allowed. One of the upstairs bedrooms has a queen-size bed with full shower. The third bedroom, located upstairs, has two twin beds with full bath. The main level has full kitchen amenities with half bath off kitchen. Living Room, dining room and breakfast bar also on main floor.

And, there is a sun room off the dining room that overlooks Broad Creek that is ideal for reading and enjoying the water views. Bedrooms, sun room, living room, all have flat screen TV's.

In addition to the pool and beach, there are three 18 hole PGA golf courses within Palmetto Dunes and just minutes from the Villa, Fazio, Trent Jones, and Arthur Hills. The Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center (ranked in the top 50 in the United States) is within one mile of the Villa, has 23 clay and two hard courts.

Shopping is close by throughout the island, Shelter Cove Marina is located across the street from the entrance to Palmetto Dunes where you will find great shopping and places to eat. Palmetto Dunes free shuttle service is available (April through September) to transport you throughout Palmetto Dunes and Shelter Cove areas.

Great Stay

Pictures do not do this place justice. Clean, well lit, stocked & spacious. Public beach access is essentially right across the street. Pool is about a 30 second walk from the front door. Perfect location. Rich was extremely responsive & proactive about check in process. Would definitely stay here again. If I had to nitpick anything I would say linens could be updated & could use a few more trash cans in bathrooms & bedrooms but our family really enjoyed our stay.

Great location, great villa!

The villa is very clean and well decorated, nicer even than what appears on the photos. Fully equipped kitchen and TVs in every bedroom. Short walk to the beach, 5 minutes or so. Very convenient to the community pool and hot tub, across the parking area. Great communication with the host and easy check-in and check-out, no crazy requests like some hosts. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay so much!! House was perfect for our family of 6! Pictures don’t do it justice
 the pictures make it look much darker than it is. It’s actually FULL of light with great views of the lagoon and an awesome skylight over the master shower (loved that)! The whole house is very comfortable and the finishes and furnishings were very nice and upscale! Great layout with each bedroom having their own bath and an extra half bath on the 1st floor. Also loved the location with easy pool and beach access and the kids loved riding bikes to the General Store every day! Owner very responsive and helpful. We’ll definitely be back!

Great place for families on Hilton Head!

This location was perfect, quiet and away from the bustle but minutes from the beach and everything we wanted to enjoy. Rich and his manager were very responsive when we had wifi issues (due to weather) and easy to communicate with. The place was spacious with lovely view. Could add a few more items to stock tbe place but nothing major. Would happily stay there again.

LOVE this property!

We just returned from our 4th year in this condo and the owner and property continue to meet all of our needs. The location is close to the pool and the beach. The unit is comfortable, well equipped and well maintained. The owner is extremely communicative and responsive. The people in the surrounding units are respectful and friendly.

As a family of 5 we struggle with finding affordable places with plenty of room within a short walk to the beach. This listing has been one of our best experiences. It was just a short walk to the beach and had plenty of room for our family. We would definitely look to stay here again.

Great house, responsive owner!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was the perfect size for a family of 5. The updates are very nice and it’s a great location, just about 5 min walk to the beach and easy bike ride to the general store and tennis courts. Somehow, VRBO did not let the owners know we had booked the house so we did not receive check in information and the house was not ready for us. The owner was incredibly responsive and got his cleaning crew to the house that night! They did a great job and we felt comfortable moving in right after. The owner even sent a sweet treat to us the next day for the inconvenience. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect!

This is our second time renting this condo and we have decided it is the perfect vacation rental for our family. The location is fabulous with it's proximity to the ocean and the pool. The condo is comfortably decorated, furnished with all of the dishes and amenities needed and the owner is excellent in communicating. We cannot say enough good things about our experience. We would plan future trips to Hilton Head based upon the availability of this unit. Looking forward to next year.
