Large Three Bedroom Villa on George Fazio Golf Course!

You're going to love this large three bedroom villa on George Fazio Golf Course. There'll be ample space for the whole family!

The kitchen is huge with lots of space for storing groceries. The appliances are all stainless steel and fully-equipped with everything your family will need to enjoy a home-cooked meal. The dining area is just beyond the kitchen and has seating for six. Or, enjoy a BBQ on the balcony overlooking the George Fazio Golf Course. The living room is adjacent to these areas and features a large Smart TV and two leather couches and two arm chairs. Completing the first floor is a guest bedroom with queen bed and smart tv. The guest bathroom on this level is a nicely tiled walk-in shower.

Upstairs, the primary bedroom features a king bed, smart tv, private balcony, and an en-suite primary bathroom. The primary bathroom has a two-sink vanity and a custom-tiled walk-in shower.

The upstairs guest bedroom comes with two twin beds and a separate daybed and smart tv. The guest bathroom has a tiled tub and shower combination.

Outdoor grills are not permitted. The neighborhood does not have a community grill.

The beach is easily accessed with a short walk or by calling the Palmetto Dunes Buggy, which is a free on-call shuttle service that runs seasonally. Easy walking distance to the George Fazio golf course, Alexander's restaurant, PD General Store and Outfitters bike shop!

Complex Pool is open April 1 - September 30 and dates are subject to change at any time.

Clean and convenient but bare and dated

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location and space of this unit were very good. The comfort level was very medium- the dated decor and bedding was noted. Things unit was clean but some things needed repair- like broken spots in the flooring and the toilets wobbled. Also, there was very limited utensils in the kitchen so cooking was a challenge (no cookie sheet, muffin tin and such.)

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall very good experience. This is a nice condo with plenty of room for me a my 2 sons. The Kitchen was well equipped for making meals. The beds were comfortable, equipped with plenty of bedding. The covered deck was nice but the torn rug under the table needs to be replaced. Also, the door walls (to the deck and master bedroom) are dated, they were sticky and open and lock it was cumbersome. Although, I am looking forward to coming back, I would also update the living room with a smart TV or at least a Roku. I have stayed at many rental properties through the years and in most cases, no one can ever figure out the local satellite and or cable remotes. Having a Roku (or something similar) enables the guests to watch TV with their our apps.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I set up a contactless check in because I knew that I would be showing up late. Everything was clean and comfortable. The only thing I would complain about is that the porch had a film of pollen on it and we had to strip extra sheets to sit there. Also a map with my place marked would have been helpful. Other than that, I will return again.
