Property description and listing is accurate. We’ve stayed in the same area multiple times. House is short drive or bike ride to the beach club. We love Sea Pines. It’s quiet, and just gives you a feeling of peace. No loud crowds and crazy high rises with loud teens. The house is at the beginning of sea pines, so you don’t have to go all the way deep into the neighborhood. That makes a difference if you want to hop out to the market for supplies or to dinner, especially during peak times. All rooms were well equipped. House was very cozy. Would 100% stay there again.

We loved the home, with plenty of room for our multi-generational guy trip. A fun surprise was all of the wildlife! We had several visiting deer and enjoyed watching the gators chilling out in the pond.

Great stay! The location was super convenient, and the place was really clean—including the bathrooms, which we appreciated. The interior felt very welcoming with plenty of seating to hang out and relax. The kitchen was a great space to cook and gather. We had a small issue with the AC when we arrived, but the host responded quickly and got it sorted right away. Check-in and checkout were super easy too. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Rental Property - Would stay here again!

Our stay here was great! Short walk to private beaches and easy accessibility to Harbor Town and South Beach. The kitchen was very modern and the patio/fire pit area was great to lounge on. We would definitely stay here again.

Very clean, well equipped, and nicely decorated. There is a step down into the living room which you don’t notice because both floors are hardwood and the step will catch you off guard the first time. Beach is 1 mile walk from property starting on trail behind the house. We didn’t mind because we love to walk. We love all the bike trails and the beach is beautiful and not crowded in early October. Perfect for us.

Great stay!

The house is exactly as described. It was a perfect fit for our family of 4. We didn't use the kitchen much but it had everything we would have needed if we wanted to stay in a cook every night. Plenty of seating in the family room and lots of bath towels and bedding. Good location although it's a healthy walk to the beach.

Mom's beach trip

property was very clean and comfortable. We had great communication with host during our stay. The online description failed to mention that there was a step- down from eating area to family room/ sitting area. My elderly mother fell , as she missed seeing this step down, two times. I had reserved a one level home hoping to avoid any problems. We also weren't aware we didn't have access to a pool within complex. But otherwise , we were very happy with the accommodations!

This house was a great place for me and my friends to enjoy a beach getaway. The house was perfect for us with comfortable beds, a large sectional and family room to hang out in, and a well equipped kitchen to cook our family style meals in. A nice added bonus was the plethora of board games available to us, made relaxing in the family room even more fun for us. It was also very clean and updated. We rented bikes to take us down to the beach which was very enjoyable and easy! It is situated in a quiet neighborhood super close to the forest preserve which was fun for us to explore and exercise in. We had so much fun and really enjoyed our stay at this home- we will definitely be back!

Great home!

Situated on a quiet, private road, this home was truly a relaxing getaway. We cooked almost all our meals, and appreciated the well-stocked kitchen; we had everything we needed. To get to the beach, (we didn't have bikes this time around but would rent them from Pedals next time), we parked at the school and walked from there, which cut the walk in half. This is probably the best beach vacation I've had; the beach was different every day. The tide pools were so fun for our small children. We saw dolphins, sting rays, horseshoe crabs, starfish, hermit crabs and more! The newly renovated bathrooms were great, and the beds were comfortable. Overall we had a great stay, and would definitely return!

A Disheartening Experience with Vacasa and Vrbo

We checked into our rental property on June 21st, a group of 8 adults, one child, and an infant, expecting a peaceful stay. Among us was a 7-month pregnant lady, whose comfort was our top priority. However, the very next morning, we discovered bedbugs in one of the rooms. We promptly reported the issue at 8:30 AM via the 24-hour hotline, expecting swift action. We were assured that the matter was escalated and that the local manager, Erin, would contact us within 30 minutes to an hour. As time ticked past 10 AM with no word, we reached out again, only to be told that Erin was searching for an alternative property for us. By 11:30 AM, still without any communication, we visited the local Vacasa office seeking answers. It was then we learned that a pest control confirmation was required before any decisions could be made—a detail that should have been communicated from the start. At 1 PM, Erin finally reached out with alternative properties. I immediately accepted the offer to move, but the follow-up was non-existent. Calls to the hotline resulted in conflicting information about the possibility of moving and the laundering of our belongings. Promises of a hotel room and reimbursement were made and then abruptly disconnected. In the end, we were left stranded without accommodation for the evening, with only a refund of our booking as a resolution. The lack of communication, coordination, and empathy from Vacasa’s team was appalling.

Coming Back Next Year!

This was our fourth stay in this home. We spend Jan-Mar there every year and have reserved it for next year. It certainly meets our needs and we are very comfortable there. Every year the owners have upgraded things like new TV's, new washer/dryer, dishwasher, others. The neighborhood is great and very conveniently located to Harbour Town, the beach, forest preserve and other activities. There is more than enough room for our family members or friends to spend some time with us as well. Can't wait to get back!
