Helpful Resort Information

• Standard Check-In & Check-Out Times: Check-in begins at 4:00 PM (Lobby located on 1st floor of main building); check-out is strictly 10:00 AM.

• Home Week Check-In Day: Saturday.

• Minimum Check-In Age: Primary registering guest must be at least 18 years of age with a valid photo ID.

• Daily Resort Charge Features: Includes basic guest internet access, local/toll-free calls, self-parking for one vehicle, unlimited DVD rentals, and two 16 oz. bottles of water per day. Price includes $20.00 USD resort charge per night, but excludes taxes and government charges.

• Parking Details: Self-parking only (7' max vehicle height in garage). First car is complimentary for Members / included in resort fee; 2nd vehicle incurs a fee of $14 + tax per day. Trailers, oversized vehicles, and rooftop carriers are strictly prohibited.

• Late Arrival / No-Show Policy: Guests arriving after midnight must contact the front desk in advance to avoid reservation cancellation and no-show status.

• Fees & Charges: Early checkout fee is $150.00; late checkout fee is $100.00 (advance notice required).

House Rules / Policies

• 100% Non-Smoking Property: A fee of up to $500 USD will be assessed for smoking in non-smoking rooms. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available.

• Strictly No Pets: Pets are not allowed on property. Officially documented service animals are permitted.

Important Notice:

All our luxury resorts use a system called Allocate Upon Arrival which means the actual suite you will be assigned to is given upon check-in. These photos are a combination of all the different suites on site. If you have a floor, unit or building number that you would like to stay in, please do not hesitate to ask. The full-time on-site reservation check-in staff is happy to do their best to accommodate your request. Please note since we do not place you in an exact unit and this is done by the front desk staff, we cannot guarantee the requests, but will do our best to make sure they are accommodated. If your reservation is more than 4 nights you may be assigned to a new suite for housekeeping purposes. Keeping our suites up to luxury standard is our top priority.

The person checking in must be 18 years of age (or older). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A $100 Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking in is required. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. Please bring a valid form of Picture ID. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee and $129 on the day of check in. Any damages will be charged upon check-out.
