Come stay in this ocean view, fully furnished 1 bedroom plus a brand new pull-out sofa in the living room and child size bunks in the hall with a privacy door from main living area, Beautiful bathroom with a new walk-in tiled shower, full kitchen stainless steel appliances. This partially updated villa has private access to the beach and oceanfront pool at Hilton Head Beach & Tennis Resort (2 pools, 2 restaurants, beach front access, gym, tennis and pickleball courts etc.) and just steps out your door onto the boardwalk to the beach from this second floor villa. You will be glad you booked this one

Hilton Head Beach and Tennis is one of the premier resorts on Hilton Head. It features the largest beach front pool on HHI, 8 lit tennis courts, 4 pickle ball courts, a tennis pro on-site, and a remodeled fitness center. During the summer enjoy Monday night movies and Wednesday evening karoke at the pool. Enjoy lunch, dinner or drinks at Jamaica Joez beach bar and dinner or drinks at Coconutz Sports bar. Bike rentals available at the resort.

Hilton Head Beach and tennis Resort offers 4 private entrances to the beach, the largest beach front pool on the island, a beach bar cafe at the entrance to the beach and next to the pool. There are 8 tennis courts and 4 pickleball courts, a playground, and a 2nd pool at the resort. There are 2 additional restaurants for eat-in or delivery to the villa. There is a laundry room down the hall from the villa. Hilton Head Beach & Tennis Resort offers everything on site to make you vacation one to remember and return to each year. Water front restaurants and golf are just a short drive away. There is a seasonal shuttle to get your around the island that runs April - October. Hilton Head has over 50 miles of bike and walking trails get around. Bike rentals can be found at the resort entrance.

Great spot for couple or small family

Nice spot, we have been going to the HHB&T Club for over 10 years, just a few steps to a great beach. Nice amenities on site restaurants, pool bar and ice cream. Resort is a little dated but quite honestly that’s also part of its charm. We will be back again!

Perfect for Us!

My husband and I had a 4 night stay at the Hilton Head Island Beach and Tennis Club. The one bedroom condo really was great and met our needs! This was our very first visit to the Island and our main draw was the RBC Golf tournament at Harbor Town which was a terrific and fun experience in itself!!! The morning walks on the beach will certainly be missed as we head back to Michigan. I wish we would have known ahead of time that towels were not available at the pool, overall it was a wonderful trip and we hope to return again!!

Great Place to stay!

Awesome location, beach access. Pickleball very fun and great courts. Would like a few more cooking basics. (Small nit pick. Bigger boiling pot and measuring cups.) Would come back in a heart beat!We were very pleased.

The property is as described. Everything you would need for a stay is provided such as kitchen appliances, extra blankets and towels and even several beach chairs. It was easy to find and had a convenient short walk to the beach.

Great beach condo!

We loved the unit.it was small but totally fine. It was very clean and had everything we needed. You can’t beat the view of the ocean and steps to the board walk, beach and very large pool. The parking was also very good. We enjoyed the close proximity to shops and grocery stores. I would love to rent the unit again. Would highly recommend it.

Enjoyed our stay

Condo was very nice and clean, our kids loved the bunks in the hallway. Nice remodeled shower and kitchen area that was nicely stocked. Was a smaller unit but had plenty room for our family of 4. Pleasant view of the ocean from the balcony and short walk to the huge pool area and beach access. In the evenings we could cross the parking lot to the lit pickleball/tennis courts. Great location to everything, we will definitely book again!

Perfect for couple getaway

We enjoyed staying at this cute little condo! The patio has a nice view of the ocean. It was perfect for our small honeymoon trip. Check in was easy, and the ones at the front desk were easy to communicate with to get the guest parking pass. The condo is steps away from the boardwalk that takes you to the beach and close to the bar and pool!
