This cozy, one-bedroom, one-bath villa features a separate bedroom with a king-size bed, and a fully equipped kitchen ideal for preparing meals at home.

The open living and dining area seamlessly connects to a private balcony, offering breathtaking ocean views perfect for savoring sunrises and sunsets. For additional sleeping arrangements, the living room includes a queen-size sofa sleeper, and the hallway features two bunk beds—perfect for small children.

Situated just 70 yards from the ocean, Ocean Dunes Villas is conveniently located near Coligny Plaza, where you can enjoy a variety of shops and dining options. Each villa includes wireless internet service for your convenience.

Enjoy year-round relaxation with access to the Ocean Dunes oceanfront pool, now heated to a comfortable 82 degrees. The pool is open daily from 9 AM to sunset, ensuring you can take a refreshing dip whenever you like.

This property has coin operated laundry on the property, not in the villa.

Excellent place for our family trip!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall my family of 6 (two little kids) loved this unit! The unit was very nice, with the only exception being the worn out sofa mattress which was quite uncomfortable for an adult, but kids don’t mind as much. The view is amazing and unobstructed of the beach. The pool was clean and warm, and easy to access on the way to or back from the beach. The management team was very courteous, and made an impression that they would be available and willing to help should we have had the need. Again we had a fantastic stay and would recommend the unit and rental company.

Disappointed

My husband and our toddler stayed here this past week and killed two roaches “palmetto bugs” (same thing if you Google it) within the first two days of being there. Under the tables and chairs were crumbs and tons of dust. The room smelled old and musty. Had to call and have cleaning services come and clean. Shower drain doesn’t drain well, bed was terribly uncomfortable. This room needs some serious updates and the bug issue addressed immediately.

For me the main bed was pretty bad, felt like I was sleeping on jello, every little mov, it jiggled, not very comfortable ... I’m not a picky person but I wouldn’t rent 411 again if the bed was the same. The view was great and the condominium itself was nice, location was great and the staff was very friendly and helpful

The only complaint that I have is the shower had some issues. The drain was slow and caused to fill with up with water. We were also missing sheets for the pull out bed on the first night. They were quick to get them over to us the next day though. I would recommend staying at Ocean dunes and if they fix the shower is his is a great unit for 4 people.

Unfortunate

Reviewer Comments: Our rental had a beautiful view, but unfortunately the experience was ruined by the constant odors of cigarette and marijuana smells that permeated the rental due to other guests not abiding by the rental agreement. We called 3 times for assistance and the only thing that was done was some air freshener was sprayed in the room. Traveling with a young child, that did not sit well with me. Air freshener does nothing to eliminate the dangerous secondhand fumes we all were exposed to. I was extremely disappointed with the service, the room, and the fact that the rental property was not better cared for when an obvious violation was happening and clearly apparent. It hampered the entire stay and was so very unfortunate for our limited time away from work to experience this.
