Whether you're visiting with family or looking for a weekend getaway, this Water Oak Villa is perfect for any traveler. Nestled in the luxurious Palmetto Dunes, Water Oak villa is only a short walk or drive to the beach. The villa fronts the Robert Trent Jones Golf Course and is in walking distance of Palmetto Dunes 25 championship tennis courts. Water Oak Villas have an on-site pool.

The Villa has 3 bedrooms and 4 baths and sleeps 10 people. A master bedroom is located on the first floor overlooking the beautiful golf course. Each bedroom has it's own private bathroom. The main level powder room has a nice size shower. There is also a commercial 80 gallon water heater which helps accommodate the demand for multiple showers.

Nephews wedding

Just perfect! We drove from upstate New York for our nephews wedding & it was exactly as we expected. 4 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, full kitchen, dining area & good size living room. Very clean & organized. Beautiful landscaping & great view of the golf course. Super relaxing pool. Plenty of room for the 8 of us. We had a great time & thanks!

Relaxing Stay

We had such a wonderful stay. Anne was very easy and proactive with communication. Beds were very comfortable and plenty of room for all of us. It was a very short and easy walk to the beach. Very little traffic on the road and then dedicated path to the beach.

We rent a place every year to visit my Dad who spends winters in Palmetto Dunes. This place was spacious enough for all of us and a perfect location for us to bike back and forth to his place. Owner was great to deal with. We had no problems while we were there.

Perfect location, view of golf course, and close to beach.

Anne was extremely helpful and her response to communication was quick. This villa is charming w/character, plenty of space for 6 plus, a beautiful view of the golf course, and close to the beach. The complimentary shuttle was effortless & quick to schedule which made it easy for 50+ year old women to get to the beach. Palmetto Dunes is a lovely location and convenient to everything on the island. Thank you!

We have stayed in this area several times and love the location! 26 Water Oak was clean and pleasant but could use a few updates (bathrooms need an upgrade, more comfortable living room furniture). Kitchen was well stocked, in fact could use less so that there’s room for grocery storage. We love HHI and look forward to our next visit!

Would have liked more towels per person and kitchen towels dish cloths. Also extra toilet paper and paper towels Overall good condo and location. No contact with owner needed. vacation was great! rooms were big, both upstairs rooms had 2 queen beds, perfect for my family. 1 of 3 air conditioners did stop running but the villa was still cool from the other 2, Anne notify me of the air conditioner but she gets notifications. I will rent from Anne again, she was awesome to work with.

Family Vacation June 2022

Our family had a wonderful week at this well maintained, comfortable and conveniently located property. Anne, the owner, was extremely responsive and accommodating. A short walk to several beach accesses, the Dunes House and the General Store. We highly recommend and are looking forward to staying again in the future.

Wonderful accommodations for a Family Getaway!

We fell in love with the property and it was perfect for our family of 10 (6 adults, 2 children & 2 infants). The beds were extremely comfortable and the layout made it easy for infants to sleep upstairs while the rest of the family enjoyed the 1st floor. We had a great time using the pool, bicycling and frequent visits to the ocean. I think every family member said ... "we want to come back again next year!" :-)

Great home about 10 minute walk from the beach

We really enjoyed the house and time at Hilton Head. It is located right on a golf course. You can walk to the beach in about 10 minutes or use the Dune Buggy to get anywhere you want in palmetto dunes or shelter cove. Had a couple of issues come up, but Anne was always available to help out.

Been renting in Hilton Head for 25 years. It’s our favorite place and always nice. The place was fine with a few minor issues. The electrical was in rough shape. Many of the outlets didn’t work. Couldn’t keep a clock by the beds on the night stand. My I phone had to charge overnight on the opposite wall. The lights by the master bed would not work because the outlets were bad. The light switches in the bed rooms were not controlled by switches. We had to individually turn them in and off. The TV was pretty lame. The smart functions of the TV were not operational. The only movies we could get were in net flix.
