Step inside to an open, bright, and airy floor plan featuring soaring ceilings and abundant natural light. The spacious formal dining room accommodates six guests comfortably ideal for entertaining family and friends. The fully equipped kitchen offers ample space for cooking and casual gatherings.
The living room is a cozy yet stylish haven with high ceilings, a Smart HDTV, and beautifully curated furnishings. French doors lead to a private deck, expanding the living space outdoors. A stunning architectural highlight of the home is the floating cantilever staircase, which adds a modern, artistic touch to the main living area. Just off the dining room, the den provides additional space for relaxation or fun, featuring lounge seating and a game table.
