The bright and spacious, main floor living space with its beautiful floors throughout, offers a galley style kitchen with granite countertops and built in appliances, offering everything you will need for your cooking needs. The kitchen opens onto the dining room with its bay windows pouring much sunlight into the dining area. The large main living space is elegant yet comfortable. It offers a large new roomy sofa, comfortable coastal inspired club chairs, a large 55" flat screen smart TV, and desk area. A sliding glass door off this living space leads to a back deck with outdoor furniture and a gas grill, providing scenic views of the lush surroundings of this Inland Harbour property.
Heading up the open staircase you will find the master bedroom and ensuite area. The spacious master bedroom boasts a king size bed, large flat screen TV and ample natural light. The master ensuite exudes a spa-like comfort with its double vanity sinks, granite counters, and cavernous glass walled shower with skylight above, again, bringing in much natural light. Rounding out the second floor is a laundry room, equipped with a large capacity washer and dryer for all the conveniences of home.
Inland Harbour, a small complex of 34 homes, is conveniently located in the heart of Sea Pines ... right in the heart of all there is to see and do! Our complex is complete with newly re-surfaced tennis and pickle ball courts, as well as a seasonal pool.

Please note: One Resort CAR VOUCHER is INCLUDED with your rental. Simply pull up to the Sea Pines main gate house on Greenwood RD. and exchange your gate voucher for a weekly gate pass (which you keep on your dashboard). Thatâs it, no waiting in long lines at a resort rental office!
ALSO: Electric bikes; motor-homes, campers or RV's; trailers of any kind; boats or other personal watercraft (jet-ski or ski-doos) ARE NOT PERMITTED to enter Sea Pines at any time, as per Sea Pines restrictions. They are not allowed past the gate at all!!
