Newly renovated bathroom in 2024! This bright and airy oceanview villa offers everything you need for a perfect beach getaway. Enjoy stunning views, wood-look luxury vinyl flooring, and Smart TVs in both the living room and bedroom. The modern kitchen is fully equipped, and the cozy layout includes a Queen bed and a sleeper sofa. Beach chairs And Bikes included! Just steps to the sand and a short walk to Coligny Plaza’s shops, dining, and entertainment. The Lowcountry Celebration Park is right across the street and is a great place for the kiddos as well as adults, lots of great bands and activities throughout the year. đŸŒŠâ˜€ïžđŸ–ïž

As longtime Hilton Head locals, we've been owning and renting condos here since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and personally manage a few others, ensuring top-notch hospitality. Living on the island means we're always nearby if you need anything—or just a great restaurant recommendation! We have a great cable package that includes HBO Max, Hulu, ESPN, Peacock, Paramount Plus, AMC Plus, Disney and the Tennis channel.

Seaside is a gated oceanfront complex just steps from the beach and within walking distance to Coligny Plaza, the Tiki Hut, and Lowcountry Celebration Park. Enjoy restaurants, shopping, and entertainment all just a short stroll away, making it the perfect location for a fun and relaxing Hilton Head getaway! đŸŒŠđŸïž

Biking is the preferred method of transportation on the island. We provide two beach bikes for you and there are rentals available across the street from our building or you can bring your own.



Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.

From booking to leaving, Kendall was wonderful to work with! The unit was very clean and the perfect setup for our trip. We loved being so close to the beach (even though it was very cool) and Coligny Plaza had great options for dining and shopping. We hope to return soon!

New favorite beach vacation site!

Apartment is perfect for a couple. Newer Apartment sized appliances, well-stocked kitchen. Shower was amazing with GREAT water pressure. Very comfortable bed. Not sure what they clean with, but it is a very light clean scent I would love in my own home. Close beach access for , bicycles included in rental. Amazing view of ocean from balcony, and within walking distance to Coligny Plaza. Would definitely recommend!

Great location, but even better host

Perfect getaway

Our accommodations were perfect for our first stay in Hilton Head. The condo was clean and had all the amenities that we needed. It is a short walk to the beach and a ten minute walk to shops and restaurants. We will definitely be back!

Convenient to beach, shops, and restaurants

We loved how easy it was to get around the area. The beach was just a few steps away, and shops and restaurants were a short walk away. Sitting on the patio drinking morning coffee and an evening glass of wine was so peaceful and relaxing. The hallway was a little noisy with late nighters, but other than that, everything was wonderful!

Always a Good Time

We booked last minute, like the morning we were leaving. Kendall was very responsive and the condo was clean and ready upon arrival. Check in is so easy. The room was beautiful and worked great for our little group of four. The owner checked in with us throughout our stay and was very kind. We have stayed with this host the last three years and will continue to book with them for future stays.

Best experience I’ve ever had with VRBO

The location of this property is prime. It’s just a few blocks from Coligny shops and restaurants. Very walkable. You basically walk out your door, walk across the parking lot of the building and go to the beach. You have a partial view of the ocean from the back deck. I rented two condos the same week for 2 of my adult friends and 3 13 year old kids. I took advantage of having Kendall get groceries for us from Publix (extra cost), and it was worth it. It was awesome coming in and already having a stocked fridge. The unit was clean, and in good shape. I can’t express how great Kendall was. We were celebrating birthdays and she made several recommendations including a great cookie decorator. There was also a cute touch of ocean themed welcome sugar cookies. Next time we come back to Hilton Head we will rent this unit again. Thank you Kendall, you were the best host I’ve ever had on any platform. Because of you, our visit was stress free. Highly recommend
