Enjoy stunning ocean views from your private balcony in this beautifully decorated beach retreat just steps from the sand and a short walk to Coligny Plaza’s shops, dining, and entertainment. Perfect for couples or small families, this cozy villa features a Queen bed, Queen sleeper sofa, and two small bunks for kids. A fully equipped kitchen makes meals easy, and Smart TVs in both rooms provide entertainment after a day at the beach. Includes 2 bikes & 2 beach chairs! 🌊đŸšČđŸ–ïž

As longtime Hilton Head locals, we've been owning and renting condos here since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and personally manage a few others, ensuring top-notch hospitality. Living on the island means we're always nearby if you need anything—or just a great restaurant recommendation! We have a great cable package that includes HBO Max, Hulu, ESPN, Peacock, Paramount Plus, AMC Plus, Disney and the Tennis channel.

Seaside is a gated oceanfront complex just steps from the beach and within walking distance to Coligny Plaza, the Tiki Hut, and Lowcountry Celebration Park, a great place for the kiddos as well as adults, lots of great bands and activities throughout the year. Enjoy restaurants, shopping, and entertainment all just a short stroll away, making it the perfect location for a fun and relaxing Hilton Head getaway! đŸŒŠđŸïž

We provide two bikes for your use, you can park your car at the complex and never get back in it until you leave! Everything you need is a walk or bike ride away. Free parking at the complex, some covered first come, first served parking under the building. Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.

Perfect location

Our family had such a great stay here! The location is perfect. Super handy right on the beach and minutes from lots of food options. We weren't staying long enough to utilize the bikes but they would have been so convenient for riding to the shops. At one point we needed more trashbags so I messaged the host and they had some delivered in minutes. Overall excellent experience!

We stay at different villas each summer. This unit was probably our favorite. Just as listed, clean, nothing weird, we could ALL sit at the table , there were plenty of towel hooks(the biggest deal at a beach rental! ) and a sweet birthday greeting when we arrived. Overall great stay!

Good family vacation spot

Our family enjoyed our stay very much. The condo isn’t fancy, but that was not what we were looking for. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Right on the beach, with a clean pool. Coligny Plaza was just a short walk, with lots of dining options as well as shopping and entertainment. All of it was very kid-friendly. Our host was pretty quick to respond with any questions we had.

Quaint and convenient!

This was perfect for my spouse and I! We decided to take a quick impromptu get away to the beach and this place was just the ticket. It has easy access to the beach and is conveniently located. I will definitely stay here again the next time we decide to come to HHI. The host is accomodating and communication is excellent!

Staying at Seaside Villas is always a relaxing experience, but this condo was absolutely perfect! Kendall is such a wonderful hostess and made my stay the perfect getaway. She was extremely accommodating and very vigilant with any correspondence we had. I highly recommend staying here.

Would be happy to stay at this location if we ever visit HH again. Was a nice COLD room to come back to in the 100+ weather! And a comfortable dark bedroom with a door (which also had another entrance to the bathroom). FULL kitchen was soooo nice as well.

Loved how accommodating the owners were for a small fee out groceries were already in our fridge when we arrived making it very easy to settle in. Our only feedback is space is very limited and it felt like storage areas were filled with owners extras. I would recommend more wall storage space to help minimize clutter of our belongings while staying. But we 100% would return again!!

We have stayed at this villa before but not at this unit. Wow what a view. Also the unit is furnished with everything you need for a nice beach vacation. We loved bike riding on the beach! Kendall & Jeremy are great to deal with and we will be staying here again for my wife's birthday next year.
