Hilton Head 2020

The property is in need of serious cleaning and updating. The carpets are dirty and in disrepair as are many of the cabinetry. The air conditioner less than adequate to keep the property cool. The rugs in the kitchen and bathrooms are dirty. When we checked in there were stains on the comforter and shams in the master bedroom - unsure if they were stains or just left over from previous tenants. The toilet in the master bathroom kicks on and off constantly. The price we paid was in no way comparable to the property. We have stayed with other companies and in much nicer, cleaner properties for less. Won’t stay at Sea Crest in the future.
